Hi,
I had a private show with a model where she did not preform the actions that were agreed upon. She asked me for a pretip of 400 tokens for all the actions and once the private show started she preformed none of the agreed actions. We had a show for 3 minutes, then she closed it because I asked her to do ahegao face like I wanted. (keep in mind I provided her pictures of exactly what I wanted, prior to the show.) I pleaded with her as I had already payed the 400 tokens for some other actions so she agreed to another private, where she just seemed genuinely frustrated and upset. Once again, I asked her to preform the actions as per the pictures I showed her and we agreed upon before the private, she again closed the show.
Furthermore, once the show was closed, she encouraged me to contact CB support and ask for a refund. I spent a total of 496 tokens if I'm not mistaken.
I've recieved 8minutes of private show recording, but feel free to delete it as its utterly useless. I've created a ticket under the same username and asked CB for a full refund, however it's been 4 days and I have yet to recieve a reply.

I see that there is some complaints in this thread about yourself requesting ahegao from this particular cam model, which at-first you agreed to, but then she decided to change her mind after taking your tokens/money. Wikipedia website describes the legitimate act of ahegao as follows. "aheagao is a term in Japanese pornography for a facial expression of characters (usually women) during sexual arousal or an orgasm" - and furthermore, is an acceptable act for any cam model of 18 years (and above) to perform in public and private shows and to also add to their tip menus. So don't let any critics single you out as some type of paedophile/racist, simply because of something they have read on the worldwide-websites about it. As if it was dodgy in some way, then believe you me, Chaturbate would lead the way by being the very first Camgirl site to outright ban it.

But, your complaint is not really about what you asked for in particular from this Camgirl, is it. You could have asked her for Spanks, Doggy, Blowjob on Dildo - basically a whole number of different sexual acts, and nobody on this forum would complain about any of those. Would they ? - so, the fact is that you asked for something, and she changed her mind after you paid her, and the best advice she could give you, is for you to go to the trouble of trying to get a refund by contacting chaturbate support, which is what you have done. so it was more of a case of an inconvenience to yourself, rather than the fear of losing your money

So, what you are expecting in this forum by making your post, is to try and get chaturbate support to hurry up with your refund, or at the very least, to get back in contact with you a.s.a.p with an answer you want to hear, which is a refund

I kindly explained the terms of service on there as well as any other cam sites and that the model does NOT have to perform any action they don't want to. Stripchat requires a model to either perform the action or refund the tokens immediately.

I was just going to say the same as Vixxen. Although I think pretty much every other site doesn't coerce you into doing the action, Stripchat does. I agree with you 100% though. I think their site would be much improved if a) they have a legal team look into the legality of that, and b) they changed to be like every other site, on policy that way. The main reason I stopped streaming there and offering services there, is basically that one policy. As well as constant glitches with the block feature.

And, yes, customers like this are the type I refuse shows with, right from the get-go. I like that a lot of times you can pick up on their attitude directly from the initial discussion, saves energy and time on our end

I just double checked on another model what I had suspected yesterday. When I clicked "report model", there is no longer an option to report for "not responding to tip menu" on new models. Their rules must have changed.

Good i know here we were very vocal about how gross that rule was and the nuances on why a model may not be able to perform tips. Glad to see the change. Hopefully that's carried onto all models.

It was gross because a model could be banned if she didn't perform as tipped. We were all extremely vocal about it because sometimes we forget to take things off menus.

A model is on her period, forgets to remove dildo pussy tease from her menu, gets tipped for it, begs out, gets reported and banned...that's stupid and gross and unfair.

Soooooo they decided to give all models the ability to refund tips to users if they don't want to do it and if they don't return the tokens then they can still be banned...so it's basically still a shitty policy with gold leaf mixed in it.

As for me, the tip menu is made so that the user pays and gets what he wants to get, and you are ready to do it.

If there are any points that you may not be able to complete (do this depending on your mood or if you have your period), please indicate in the menu in brackets something like (ask before you pay). Native speakers will be able to choose a better phrase. And the problem is solved, even if you get a complaint you can justify it that the user did not get approval or did not ask about it before.

I use this for some things I do in a good mood or feel good with the user. But most often it is a private chat or group.

So I really don't understand if this is such a big problem?
