2. It sounds to me like you were leaning away from the idea of doing something together long before you came here asking for opinions. You are the one who has to live with your decision.
3. Choosing NOT to do it is the safer choice in my opinion since it's pretty easy to take that back by changing your mind and going for it sometime down the road. Once you've done one show with your sister, it's done and there's the potential that you'll be asked about it for quite some time.

That's the only pic of her I could find, considering her facebook only has a picture of her car, and that's what she had on her old myspace.
