MY ACCOUNT WAS BANNED

my account was banned 10 days ago. I have sent email to support@chaturbate.com but I still haven't received an answer from chaturbate.
I have signed a new user name after 3 days, when I bought tokens this account was banned too. after I have signed another a new user name and when I buy tokens this user name was banned too.
now my three user names were banned. and chaturbate not answers just sending auto mail message: "Thank you for your email. This is an automated response to acknowledge receipt of your message. One of our customer service specialists will be in touch shortly. As emails are handled in the order that they are being received, sending multiple emails regarding your inquiry may result in a longer response time."

@MaLiNka__ I thought when they banned you, they have to transfer the $ you have earned? If they don't reply to you, perhaps consider legal action.

After many requests to the company that were ignored, I contacted them directly Multi Media LLC, With a demand for a refund and account restoration, since I had evidence that I was not a fraudster and did not do anything like that. I also said that I am experiencing serious stress because of this situation. Here is the response I received from them. (Screenshot).

After which I had to "take" this situation outside. Post here and other forums, appeal to BBB, and I also consulted with a lawyer and prepared to file an arbitration claim.

But suddenly they noticed me and unblocked my account without explanation or even an apology (I am not yet ready to disclose the contents of the letter). Now I want an explanation of how I became a "fraudster" and what examinations were carried out in order to CONFIRMS that I am a fraudster and CONFISCATE my money!

They used the word confiscation and had no intention of returning anything to me!
What I want to get from them is my legal rule, and the fact that they ignore me (my request) is already a violation of their agreement. The explanatory letter is an important part, because in case of any problems I will be able to present it and it will take much less time for the investigation. (This is important for my life outside of webcam, and for other reasons that are not related to webcam)

And if this screenshot looks like it, then I was "acquitted" as discussed earlier. (I was treated like a criminal who was given a second chance) And they said that I somehow speak badly about Chaturbate, although this was never true. Yes, I ask the right questions and pay attention to some things, and it is not always convenient. But I'm not insulting honor and dignity or anything like that. And everything I say is always my opinion or facts that I can confirm!

I would basically get an export of my chats to get proof that this did not happen. (I think the last week will be enough, or better yet, two). But not everyone wants to spend time on this. So it's up to you to decide, but I still think it was a random reason.

The message gets skimmed over and you get a canned response based on the interpretation of the quickly skimmed over contents.

Focus on key points to keep things concise and effective. You repeat your situation often and it's never the actual full situation in a single post. It was something like you submitted an ID that wasn't accepted for whatever reason, instead of continuing with that account you made another and verified it with a different form of ID (which if you think about it that's a pretty big red flag). For whatever reason the other account got banned and you didn't realize it and years later when you did you basically self reported which of course resulted in all your accounts getting banned.

Did I get that right? Can you just post only the key points in like a timeline not when you discovered what happened but how it actually played out.

ПMy first account was created back in 2016 (studio)
After which several more accounts were created (the studio was stalking me), I disabled them over time.
In 2017, an account was created (which I found many years later, they helped me create it, but as it turned out, it was not a studio) It worked fine.
In 2018, an account was created that was subsequently blocked, but this did not affect any other accounts. I think I didn't use it because I thought the name contained too much information (but I managed to upload the documents).
I returned to the account that was created in 2017 and just continued working on it.
After some time I took a break and lost access to the account that was created in 2017 (I asked the studio to remove it because I thought it was tied to the studio), they said they would do it. But as it turned out, I had the second stage of protection (by application, not by number), and it was lost. I regained access to it in 2024 when I accidentally discovered that the account was still active.
IBetween 2017 and 2024 I created several more accounts, 2 of which are still active today. And also the account created in 2017 was active.

The account suspension created in 2018 did not affect any of my accounts, so I had no idea that I had a suspended account! Especially with a permanent ban, it was discovered by accident. After that I got the problem I already described! The document I used was on the list of permitted ones (driving license), now I know this for sure.
In 2022, while registering one of my accounts, I was denied registration for a driver's license without explanation. (nobody told me that I have a blocked account on this ID, I just got a refusal. And followed the instructions that Chaturbate required (upload another document).

And when I got all my accounts and funds configuration blocked, despite the fact that the other accounts continued to work, they refused to review my case, although I had proof of authenticity for all my documents that I could ever use. What I reported in every letter. But I was branded a fraudster and a large sum was taken away without the possibility of reconsideration.

Do you still think this is fair?

What form of identification did you use on the 2018 one? I assume since the other accounts were not suspended that a different form of identification was used.

Was there any difference in the information on this form of identification from the other forms of identification? Different date of birth, birth location, age, something about it that could trigger something?

No! All my documents have one name (in English), and also one date of birth! I have not changed anything.
In 2018, a driver's license was used, which I reused in 2022, but was refused without any explanation, I was asked to upload, for example, my passport, and I did it!
But the most interesting thing is that when I restored access to the account that I lost (created in 2017), I used the same driver's license and it was accepted! So I had no idea that any of my documents could ever be considered Suspicious or fake!

The support service did not help me. They chose to ignore me for about a month. And also the company multi media LLC, I have attached their response above. Or does it still look like a retrial?

Next I went to look for help outside the platform. For example, this forum and other resources!
