my account was banned 10 days ago. I have sent email to support@chaturbate.com but I still haven't received an answer from chaturbate.
I have signed a new user name after 3 days, when I bought tokens this account was banned too. after I have signed another a new user name and when I buy tokens this user name was banned too.
now my three user names were banned. and chaturbate not answers just sending auto mail message: "Thank you for your email. This is an automated response to acknowledge receipt of your message. One of our customer service specialists will be in touch shortly. As emails are handled in the order that they are being received, sending multiple emails regarding your inquiry may result in a longer response time."
I hope someone helps me.

I think you mentioned that you are in Turkey. Is there a problem (ban) in Turkey to access pornographic content without age verification? Or do you use VPN just to stay anonymous?

It's just that my ISP took care of me when at some point I couldn't open sites with the .com domain. (It wasn't a full blocking of a specific site, they said there was some kind of glitch) And as a change and to avoid further problems, they connected me to a variable IP address. It was many years ago, but it's still works for me.

I have sent another email to support@chaturbate again. I hope they check and send an aswer me. if another users have same problem like me we all can uderstand better what the problem was.

You're openly admitting to violating their TOS by creating new account(s) to circumvent a suspension! You might want to promptly delete any secondary accounts and focus on fixing your primary account first.

Yeah I don't think it's a good idea to repeatedly email them. I notice it takes longer for them to respond recently. In the past usually within 1 day now can take a week or so.

As far as I understand, he will not be able to delete the account on his own if it is blocked. As I understand it, all three were blocked, which is logical . The button simply stops working (all buttons).

Oh, I'm glad to hear that! I hope you were cleared of that as well. I mean, it's not considered a warning or anything. Because for any other violation you will be considered a "repeat offender". (even if it's not related to 18+) And you may be told that you have violated the rules again (even if it is a mistake again), and blocked again.

I think it's 15 states now that require it (use a VPN guys!!). I'm not entirely sure if this is true but I think of you develop apps and test them with a camera on you have to age verify the way a model does.

Sites use independent 'geo-locator' sites to translate ip numbers to a state/country. I don't live anywhere near Oklahoma but all the sites, including AOL, think I'm from Oklahoma City. My isp claims it's not their problem that locator sites think the ip they gave me is in some other state. Worse, as long as your ip translates to a 'safe' state, you don't know it's happening

I didn't mention the "minors" issue. I was suddenly banned during the ticket show while moderating in a CB model's room and also I am her room's moderator since 2 years.

Then it is completely unclear what “minors” have to do with it, and why you had to confirm this.

It looks like "you got banned, but we don't know why". Here's a random reason, confirm that you understood everything, and the incident is sort of over lol.

Oh, I don't mean you should look for someone else or anything like that. I'm glad you found the person you feel comfortable with.
But the fact is that in case of any problems, the model may be left for several weeks or more than a month without income and the ability to work. In my case, it took 5 weeks to solve a problem that didn't even exist. And I had to seek outside help to get my problem noticed. Since Chaturbate and direct contact with the company that owns Chaturbate did not give any results. They wrote to me that they had "confiscated" my funds and that they would not respond to my further letters. The sum was quite large for me. It was only when I took it "outside" the platform (not just this forum) that it worked.

But nevertheless, I have officially filed a request for clarification, but Chaturbate ignores it . (The case involved allegations of forged documents, so it is a very serious question of my reputation. And if this comes out somewhere and I don't have a letter explaining that it was a mistake, it could cost me a lot. But Chaturbate still ignores my legitimate request! @EmilEmil It's funny how they banned you for not even mentioning "minors". I understand they lost a legal case recently and be extra careful about that. They even added 3 tiny conditions in the c2c as well.

@MaLiNka__ I thought when they banned you, they have to transfer the $ you have earned? If they don't reply to you, perhaps consider legal action.
