MY ACCOUNT WAS BANNED

my account was banned 10 days ago. I have sent email to support@chaturbate.com but I still haven't received an answer from chaturbate.
I have signed a new user name after 3 days, when I bought tokens this account was banned too. after I have signed another a new user name and when I buy tokens this user name was banned too.
now my three user names were banned. and chaturbate not answers just sending auto mail message: "Thank you for your email. This is an automated response to acknowledge receipt of your message. One of our customer service specialists will be in touch shortly. As emails are handled in the order that they are being received, sending multiple emails regarding your inquiry may result in a longer response time."
I hope someone helps me.

Unfortunately you're right, it looks like the same problem we're both having.

I have sent an email to support@chaturbate again. ı hope they check and send an aswer me. and I can understand what the problem was. when they answer I am going to shre with you. if another user has same problem like me they can understand well.

really I dont understand why I was banned.. I have been a chaturbate user for about 3 years. If you check, I have not had such a problem for 3 years. I am not a broadcast model on cb and also I dont want to broadcast. I am a user who buys tokens. when my user name was banned as emilemilio I have signed another user name as _emilemilio_ and when I bought tokens it was banned immediately, after I have signed another user name as yana_emil and aslo when I tryed to buy tokens it was banned too. what was the wrong really I don't understand this stiuation. I hope you help me about this problem.

It's just that my ISP took care of me when at some point I couldn't open sites with the .com domain. (It wasn't a full blocking of a specific site, they said there was some kind of glitch) And as a change and to avoid further problems, they connected me to a variable IP address. It was many years ago, but it's still works for me.

whatdo you think about my problem? I'm not a model and I don't want to be broadcasted. Why do I need age verification? and also I am not under age 18. I am on cb for three years they did not want before. what I need to do more that..

You're openly admitting to violating their TOS by creating new account(s) to circumvent a suspension! You might want to promptly delete any secondary accounts and focus on fixing your primary account first.

As far as I understand, he will not be able to delete the account on his own if it is blocked. As I understand it, all three were blocked, which is logical . The button simply stops working (all buttons).

In order for my account to be released, I was asked to respond confirming that I understand that minors or mentions of minors are never allowed on the Chaturbate platform, including through roleplaying, and that any future violations of the Chaturbate rules may result in further suspension or termination from the Chaturbate platform.

Oh, I'm glad to hear that! I hope you were cleared of that as well. I mean, it's not considered a warning or anything. Because for any other violation you will be considered a "repeat offender". (even if it's not related to 18+) And you may be told that you have violated the rules again (even if it is a mistake again), and blocked again.

Now you can set the "cherished" green check mark)

Sites use independent 'geo-locator' sites to translate ip numbers to a state/country. I don't live anywhere near Oklahoma but all the sites, including AOL, think I'm from Oklahoma City. My isp claims it's not their problem that locator sites think the ip they gave me is in some other state. Worse, as long as your ip translates to a 'safe' state, you don't know it's happening :)
