music or not?

Hey just wondering if some would recommend having background music running while camming? i know the obvious "too loud they wont hear me." issue, but wanting to know if other girls do it .
Also, if you do, what type of music works best for you ?

When it was a site like MyFreeCams or Streamate - where I was in public chat experiencing lurkers and awkward silences, yes, I always had music playing. If I didn't, I would have gone crazy. On a site like ImLive where I'm in paid chat only mode, and there's none of the lurking/awkward silences, I don't feel like I need to have on music. But sometimes, if I'm thinking about it, I'll open up Windows Media Player and have some music playing anyway.

I do it. If someone asks me to then I turn it down.

Choose whatever music makes you happy. I listen to 70s hits on pandora or Ariana Grande on repeat depending on mood because thats my jams.

For me music is a MUST .. Idk it just makes me more comfortable and relaxed . Not only does it help when your room is dead quiet, but I'm able to get up and dance or even some times members might comment on the song or a random conversation starts . For me I play alot of rnb . Beyonce is on repeat in my room . As long as your music isnt too loud that members are complaining I dont think it a issue

Thanks. ill have to find music that sets the mood right. i listen to metal and don't think people will feel comfortable

I play music all the time. Check your cam settings to make sure the sound isn't being distorted though.
