Lost access to email account

Hi .. I have strip chat account connected to Microsoft outlook email account .. for some reason, I lost access to that email account and therefore I'm unable to contact support because their reply is going to that email account which I can't access .. is there anyway that I can change my email account without having access to my email ID registered to that account? Because when I try to change email, confirmation email is going to same email account which I can't access.. kindly help

Yes, Support can assist you with changing your email address. Just write to them with the email address you wish to use telling them that you can no longer access your old email, and they will reply back to your new email with further steps. Once they have verified your identity, they can change your email address on your account. Support's email is help@stripchat.com
