Reactivate Account, but no longer have access to email

Hi I’ve been trying to contact stripchat support to reactivate my account but haven’t been able to get a response: request (1851436). I want to reactivate a recently deleted account, but the email goes to an email I no longer have access to

I can see that Support has already responded to you and supplied you with steps that you need to take in order to confirm your identity. Once your identity is confirmed, then your email can be changed and they can reactivate your account.

Do you know how long this takes? I submitted the documents right when they sent the link but not sure if it was received?
