Lost access to email

Hii stripchat,

My phone's got stolen and I can't recover my email account that linked with stripchat. I didn't add a recovery email or phone number to my email ( because I'm dumb that I don't know these things exist to secure account ). Please help me with this, I've sent attachment video recording of me telling this thing and also a picture of me holding writing of these with date 07 Feb 2025 to stripchat's support team. My username is @khadija37. Please help me with this stripchat. I can't recover my email I'm so afraid and crying about that I can't recover my stripchat account, please help me stripchat....

Okay I'll wait @ElGato. I have a question, can my problem be solved? My mobile got stolen and it seemed to be they did a factory reset, I can't recover any of the gmail account, I know my stripchat account password but it sends an confirmation email to the gmail account. Can stripchat change the gmail address of my stripchat account ElGato??? Do I have to reverify with my goverment official id's??

I've seen this fixed before. Usually involves sending a video and other proof that you are the account holder.
It sounds like you've already sent that type of info they requested yesterday. It just may take a few days.

So sorry to hear that your phone was stolen!

Our Stripchat Support team can change your email address, you just need to email them at help@stripchat.com, and then complete the steps that they require for you to verify your identity. Once your identity is confirmed, they can change the email address to one you have access to.
