I follow this well known ex pornstar on Twitter, and the other day I was kinda taken a back when she posted a naked image of herself while explaining that two guys had come inside her today. And she went on to say that she's not on birth control "hope that's okay". Since then having thought more about it I'm thinking she may just be making this up to generate excitement from her followers. Even if this is the case I'm not so sure if it's ok to be saying things like that, real or not when you have so many followers, some of whom I'm guessing are young & impressionable.

I'm not judging her or think that she has this MASSIVE responsipility towards her followers. Because at the end of the day I think generally people are at the very least MOSTLY responsible for their own actions. I'm just saying she could err on the side of caution & not post things like that given how impressionable some people are. I'm not upset or angry at what she's done. The main purpose of posting this was because I was curious to know what the rest of you think.

Totally 100% okay.

Pornstars/sex workers sell fantasies. If someone sees that a pornstar (ex or current) says that they just let two men cum inside of her without birth control and they believe her and then decide to do the same because of her tweet, that's on them. They are completely, not mostly, responsible for their own actions. Anyone who is old enough to consume porn should already know the risks associated with unprotected sex. And if not, it's not her job to educate them.

Also, I feel like this may need to be pointed out. Just because you have unprotected sex and have someone finish inside of you while not on birth control doesn't automatically mean you're going to get pregnant. A lot of women use the fertility awareness method as their form of birth control. There's only a very short window of fertility for women each cycle. Ovulation lasts for roughly 24 hours and sperm can last for up to five days inside of the woman's reproductive system. But even though it's possible for a woman to get impregnated from "older" (i.e five day old) sperm, the chances of getting pregnant are much lower than if you were to have unprotected sex two or less days before ovulation. You can chart your cycle and ovulation, and some women, especially those who have medical issues that affect the reproductive organs like endometriosis or cysts on the ovaries, can actually feel when they are ovulating due to cramping or a dull pain on one side of their lower abdomen area. The woman who made the post could very well be using that method, but obviously, saying all that isn't as sexy as "my insides are being marinated by two dude's cum right now and I'm not on the pill". Again, pornstars and sex workers sell fantasies.

if it's porn, There are lots of kinks that might include unprotected sex, multiple partners, extra.

If you take it seriously. Long as she didn't tell them she was on birth control, or mislead them, then there is no issue. There are people who have risky sex, for one reason or another. And then they some times have to deal with the consequences of that, one way or another.

When you have sex with some one, there always some level of risk. If you choose to have un protected sex, your taking on more risk.
  • Ask to see a recent STD test results
  • Ask about sex history, especially anything that wouldn't show up on a recent STD test.
  • Get regularly tested
  • Use protection, better if you buy it. And so you know it's not tampered with
  • Ask them about their their view on pregnancy, if their views don't match yours, don't have sex with them
  • Don't have sex with every one, Try to make good discussions about who you have sex with. If there warning signs, pay attention to them, don't do it.

as an ex pornstar, I am guilty of having tweeted insanely inaccurate and downright ridiculous things simply to try to get attention from My target market and beat shadow banning. I was not having wild sex parties during the pandemic, but I sure tweeted like I was - My main fans are poly/swingers, and I've been shadow banned for awhile.

While on the one hand I feel that as a veteran sex worker it is in a sense My job to help educate and inform people of downright nonsense (ex: beating the stigma of STDs, telling people they are not twice as safe by wearing two condoms, informing guys not every woman cums from vaginal penetration even though I sure do), I also kind of think that until sex workers are on government payroll, it is not our job to provide public health information that people can access on the same smart phone they are using to jerk off to me.

I really appreciated this discussion topic :h:

Amen.

I think it's a good reality check. Sometimes I see sex workers tweet things that make me feel quite judgemental but it absolutely can be a character they're playing and I have no way to tell which it is.

Though ... I still think there is a line. For example, if your target market is racists and u tweet racist shit you need a better business plan.

After a night of drinking with a fwb, he confessed to me every time he ejaculates in me he likes to fantasize he is impregnating me. It wasn't just me, but with other women he has slept with. This kinda startled me a bit, because I had to be assured this dude wasn't going to fuck with my birth control. He knew I kept it in my purse at the time. Was promised he would never do so, and understood it would irresponsible to get someone pregnant because of a fetish alone. He never knocked me up, and he's still child-free.

I get there is a market for impregnation. I probably get it requested more than feet. That's how common it is.

I'm just saying she could err on the side of caution & not post things like that given how impressionable some people are.

This is something I sometimes worry about in the back of my head. Porn world, sometimes it's hard to pull back the curtain because it may kill the fantasy. I know on cam, sometimes someone will say something very concerning which makes me worry for their or any current/future partner's well being. so i become the role of sexual educator. Sometimes I feel like Drew Barrymore's slutty best work friend Molly Shannon in Never Been Kissed where she's in the wrong place wrong time and has to teach high schoolers sex ed.

It really shouldn't be our responsibility to teach safe-sex, but it sometimes gets thrust upon us. (Pun not intended) Been in this business for over eight years, and I'm not dumb. I know there are people who started watching me as a teenager because they tell me. I also know how shit sex education can be in most places in the US. From my experience of having sex with young men most definitely received some form of sex education through porn, because I watched the same porno where they learned that move that made walking painful. I applaud any adult film actress who pulled off acting satisfied with all the weird sex moves/positions they do in porn. There should be an AVN award category for the best convincing pleasurable position. But I digress.
