Hello, My wife and I are wanting to broadcast together with your name under urfaveduoo. I made my first mistake by not verifying her on the account. We started streaming on our first account which resulted in it being suspended. Eventually I disables our first account and created another which we prefer to use brand new where we have our preferences set up to our agreement. After uploading both of our i.d. verification, it still says we both are ineligible. Then with her email we created another account just to be sure if there was really an issue or if it needed reset.
In other words we are wondering if we had been permanently banned or suspended . we reached out to support which we sent our inquiries but no luck hearing back from them. What should we do?
