Chaturbate suspended help please

Hi! @punker barbie mine and my wife’s account got suspended for no reason we didn’t do anything to break any rules our account names is seductivesecrets9399 and mine is secretlyseductive9399 and both account not working
I started up a chaturbate account a few days ago. My ID was quickly accepted and we began streaming, and we was doing well. We are now suspended and I have noticed that underneath my approved ID it says ‘This person is ineligible to broadcast. Please contact support’. Me and my wife both contacted support
My wife and I both submitted an ID and taken a selfie and now say ineligible to broadcast
Please can anyone help?

We both uploaded our driver’s license and took selfie photos for verification. We streamed like 3 times already then randomly in middle of broadcasting it suspended us. We wasn’t even undressed yet when it happened

tried on both accounts to do that and it tells me i need to verify age and all pics and IDs have a green approved by them idk its got to be some glitch or bug in the system
