that's a good point about underage, would regulators require me to verify this separately from requiring the minimum age to be 21? There is nothing currently stopping underage models from advertising on twitter, reddit, etc. However I could imagine regulators could view this differently as it is dedicated to this purpose.

I would say that if you have a site dedicated to this purpose then you'd probably get more traffic than you would from using twitter to self promote.

Think you have it the wrong way around. There isn’t a regulator per say as in other industries (PCI compliance for example). Rather if your service ends up hosting underage content you are at risk of being arrested and charged with running a child porn site. And then you go to Jail… and your professional and personal life is effectively over. Full stop.Protections are put in place not to meet some airy fairy regulators ideal but rather they are put in place to prevent distribution of that type of content. It’s up to you to establish a process that ensures asshats can’t distribute illegal/immoral content through your service. If you have a rigorous system in place and something slips through and once you find out about it you report it chances are you will be fine… But if you don’t have a rigorous system in place…. Your not going to find much sympathy with anyone. The potential legal ramifications of screwing this up could be very severe…

What you are talking about is a regular which most camgirls have, and multiple regulars not just one or two. I don't see the point of making a site like this. There are so many out there already and most have bitcoin and multiple payment methods plus age verification and is a close to full time job for the webmaster as well as being very expensive to run.
