I cant find my cash out money in my payment method and still can't find my token in my account

I made a payout on Thursday so that I will receive it today on Tuesday,bt am surprised I can't find it in my Bitcoin wallet since a made a Bitcoin payment method,and still can't find my tokens in my account....what should I do?

Ya right it says it’s paid out but it’s not in my bank account
