Guest model in clip without ID?

So Im planning of selling clips with my camming and have been looking at different ideas to 'spice up' possible vids. I thought of having a male or 2 guest model in a clip with me but all my friends i ask freak out when they find out they have to send the site a photo of them with their ID.

They are happy to sign a model realise form that I hold and then be either wear a mask or have their face out of shot but dont want stuff out on the Internet saying its them in the vid or that could be searched in future background checks.

Is there any sites that as just a guest model in a clip i dont need to send the site their ID? That me having them sign a model release for the clip that also states they are over 18 and their details on it is enough?

Make sure you get all your paper work first weeks before shooting so you can do a background check if needed!

On my clip sites my bf never had to submit his ID but I mean, I have it if he needs to if asked.

c4s, manyvids, and extralunchmoney. I think niteflirt requires it upfront but I'm not sure.

No site is going to risk having CP on their website.

But no one but the website staff is going to be able to find their IDs either.

If that's their concern, they should focus on hiding their face on cam, not worry about the ID.

Even if they do cover their face, there is still a chance you might get in trouble. Now they don't know is a young boy under that hood. If your friends get all worked up over ID, explain to them this is private information that won't be shared with the public. Explain that it is US law.

If you wish to sell videos only, you can do that on manyvids. They will not ask you for a copy of the ID for all people in your videos.

However, you have to be able to provide the ID upon request.
I have videos of multiple girls on my manyvids page, i have the ID's ready just in case they ask me for them.

But dont they have to be verified in order to get paid?

As the studio 'owner' i would be the one getting paid n be already verified.

The original question was asking about just if i have a mate jump in a vid with me, did they have to do the full process as well basically

If you have a manyvids profile already on your name, it already has your ID and your payment details. The others ID I keep around in case they need age verification.

All I am saying is that if you wish to protect your friends you are risking haveing those videos removed later on if you can't provide their id.

However, my experience is only limited to a Model account, not a studio account.

@AudriTwo thanks for the link thats a really good example, being in Australia I imagine id need an Australian version? I wonder if using the USA version is enough to cover my arse

God how would i even find that, what to put in a Google seach to find something like that?

Most clipsites do not require you to provide the ID's outright. They pass the buck to you and require you to keep the apropriate 2257 compliant documents.

However, if ANYONE ever questions if the person is of age in your clip... you will be UP SHIT CREEK if you cannot prove it.

I think if the sites are based in the US and state 2257 compliance then you would be required to follow those rules. Regardless of where you are.
