Extracting images with Windows Movie Maker

Okay, gotta ask: Do I really need to do this all one by one? Like, there isn't a frame by frame image option where I can pick and choose? I would have to scroll until I see an image that I like and then save it one by one?
Am I thinking too much into this? I have no clue how you guys would bother getting hundreds of images for a photo set.
