I had my account deleted by a friend that disagrees with camming and left my profile logged in (Silly, I know)
So I emailed them as soon as I realised and asked about how to get it back etc or if I could re-make to try and hide myself from this friend and they also hacked my emails and changed the password. Knowing it was my cam email address.
They replied by asking me to send in me with my ID and with safe written somewhere and that I couldn't remake.
So I sent in the requested evidence and just asked why I couldn't remake as i've seen three models in the last two weeks that have deleted and re-made within days.
But they haven't emailed me back in five days or re-activated my account. I've sent them a follow up email after three days but still nothing.
I'm just upset that i'm missing out on my only source of income because I have one pig headed friend!
