Very worried about a model/friend

Others have already said almost everything I would say and mostly more eloquently.

Personally as a cam model, I regularly disappear at random for a period of time and am completely non contact.

This is because I have chronic health conditions that can really mess me up to the point where my digestive system even stops for awhile and I can barely sit up for a few seconds at a time.

I'm very open about this stuff but many people hide illnesses.

I also super recently (actually only back online since yesterday) had a sudden illness then death of a family member.

As much as I dearly love my community on here and on my platforms, I wasn't about to be telling almost any of them what was going on...nobody goes to a porn site to hear about sadder things than their own day!


We try to balance authenticity with giving y'all a positive space to unwind and "take a load off".

Sometimes we just can't handle even logging on.

As others have said, it's definitely for a good reason...but none of us knows what her reason is and that's ok.

She'll either come back or not.

Up to you if you want to keep tipping her while she's not working (trust me when I say it can make a huge difference in stress levels when you can't work suddenly).

There's nothing to apologize for, it still sounds sketch, and people still told you honestly what you were sounding like. If you can't handle the truth, and honest feedback, then I am so, so sorry about that . This is a forum of adults, we don't always hear what we want to, but a lot of people here responsibly speak the truth as they see it, and as past patterns have shown things to usually be. So you should be apologizing for being so rude, as to come down on people, for being honest. As well as to over personalize something so ridiculous. But I doubt you have the mortal integrity to, soo ...

We have a saying in the States -- got a problem and call the cops? Now you have two problems. You don't know anything other than what she has told you and I bet regardless of how open you feel she was being with you she probably wasn't nearly as open as you think.

And in the states it's a saying for a reason. So many call the "authorities" (there is no sarcasm here more like indication of what they are GIVEN) with the oft "well intentioned" desire of solving problems that men and women hired and trained to deal with actual LAW enforcement (debating laws and their enforcement is a whole other topic for debate) should not be involved with. And for that very reason alone one (or more) now have TWO problems. I think another lesson here can be learned for models AND mods. Choose wisely. And choose your level of engagement wisely. I myself had to learn this in a quite uncomfortable way. Basically it ended with me sending a message to an unhinged and possibly dangerous (don't we just love the fact it's all just screens?) MOD that they needed to get lost. I chose an overzealous mod too quickly and too early in my return to camming and it backfired very quickly. I in no way was leading anyone down a primrose path yet I had no ability to gauge the level of fantasy and or reality this individual lived in. Nor if they were well or unwell. All signs quickly led to unwell when my burner "contact" email addy started filling up with bizarre and then somewhat disturbing messages. Was I worried? NO not really. But it woke me up quickly. While we may all be separated by screens we have no ability to know who anyone is. The same tech I use to make sure I enjoy a certain level of anonymity can and is used by regular enjoyers of cams and or predators or whackos. And gender has NOTHING to do with it. Models need to be careful. Modding is a privilege (and extremely helpful and great when they are healthy and balanced and genuinely interested in modding for whatever reasons/s) and the second I feel a mod feels they want or need control concerning ME it's done. That said a mod to all the good helpful mods out there as well.

You joined this forum to post this thread on Valentine's Day about your "model friend" (Awww, ain't that cute...), and people gave you good advice. Why would they need to apologize? If you're naive enough to believe whatever story a model throws at you just because you're certain that you're friends, suit yourself.

It's highly unlikely that it's real. However, even if it was.....

In my experience, people in your life fall into two categories. Category one contains the ones who, when things go wrong and you get hospitalised, received a direct message or phonecall updating them on your situation. Category two contains the people you know on social media who get a poop emoji and are expected to "U ok hun?" their way to a conclusion. OP is definitely in the latter category.
