Oh that’s crazy cause I would assume he is violating the rules Thank You!
Selling access to your social media accounts isn’t against CB’s TOS and seems to be even encouraged.
He didn't say anything about offsite payments, so I don’t see why he would be banned or suspended?
What they can't do is tell you that they're tipping on you on Snap. That is a violation.Oh that’s crazy cause I would assume he is violating the rules Thank You!

Stripchat, too. And Bonga.I think with most sites, including CB, they just don’t want you talking about/doing anything that would involve a member using the site to arrange payments offsite. That’d basically mean the site would be losing money.
But, selling access to your socials is another way for the site to make money, so they’d be cool with that.
I could be wrong, but I think the only site that selling your social media handles on is a violation of TOS is Streamate.

Yes, it is not allowed to even be mentioned on SM, verbally or via writing in DMs. It will result in a warning, and after a couple of warnings, I think you get your broadcaster account closed. I've only had one warning though, so I'm not sure what happens past that point. Basically it goes 1) warnings, 2) temporary suspension, 3) account closure. However, there are certain things that go straight to account closure, much like CB, underage mentions/ other unverified people on stream etcI could be wrong, but I think the only site that selling your social media handles on is a violation of TOS is Streamate.
I only know what their reps have posted here because I refuse to even give them a shot at holding my information and their weird subservient policies to the viewer. It was either Stella or Charlie that said or maybe they both did.Oh wow, I’m actually surprised about it being against SC’s TOS. I know on SM you can’t even talk about any sort of offsite communication, like not even email addresses or Twitter (ahem, X) handles without it leading to a ban. Is that how it is on SC too? Then again, you can apparently get banned on there for being “rude” or “mean” to members, so I shouldn’t be too surprised.
I'm about to make it my signature. I don't think many people ever get their accounts reopened on SM either, once you arebanned you are done. I think I saw it once, after the ban had been in place for 2 years. But it's not something to count on.
Thos are the "no tolerance rules." All cam models should be sure to acquaint themselves with them at a minimum.
And we would see less of these ban threads, here at this forum.
I know you already know this. I'm just repeating it for people cruising the forum and reading.
I feel like the more times I say it the better. Sucks losing a solid source of income.
Ok that’s a huge game changer. Thank You I have blocked every single offer for a year.I think with most sites, including CB, they just don’t want you talking about/doing anything that would involve a member using the site to arrange payments offsite. This is something I have for Twitter and Insta never used Snap but now I will and I just am paranoid when things like this is said in public chat because of StripChat And Streamate rules have me thinking it’s for all sites. Also I never knew I could direct them to our profile to find it.Here's how you play this card.
They tip and ask. You say yes and then point them to the part of your bio for social media where you've already set up the name and amount you want to be paid for a subscription.
Like so:

The things CB takes issue within these situations is a model openly advertising "hey check out my snap, hey buy my OF, hey follow me on Fansly" because then it looks like you're intentionally driving traffic there instead of having an extra cookie to hand out to people if they want a cookie. Just say that info is in your bio and move on and don't acknowledge another chat about it. Keep those things very separate. You'll be golden.
I think that's a really good idea. I'll go screenshot the SM ones now and add to this post in a second here. You know, it might actually be a really good idea if one of us started a sort of mega thread of the no tolerance rules for every site. I feel like some of them, especially rules regarding discussion of minors, should be a no brainer, but apparently it isn’t judging by all the banned threads we see here. That way when someone comes here trying to appeal their ban we can point them towards that thread, especially if they want to do better on another site.
And if Amber thinks it’s a good idea, perhaps have it stickied so it’s easy to find for newcomers to the forum.
Streamate I report about 5 men a day begging for raceplay. Begging for age play. And nothing happens to them I see they hop to another model and that model shares the screen shot in the discord and I wonder what’s the purpose of reporting when they allow all to happen every day all day long. So I email Streamate And they say same thing.I think that's a really good idea. I'll go screenshot the SM ones now and add to this post in a second here.

ETA; Interesting, there was a part in the agreement where it also said they can terminate your account for low performance. I've never noticed that before, and didn't know that was a thing.
Yes, although I've heard this before, I wonder if there is just a lag? Does it take a while before they close them, but eventually they do? Do the members get a warning first, and have like a 3 strikes rule? I'm not sure. I have a member account myself there, but since I'm not obnoxious and asking for stuff like that, I have no idea what happens. I know expecting them to close it immediately is unrealistic. They probably have to go through steps first, unless it's something super serious. I did see people get viewer accounts closed immediately, but it was for very serious illegal things on C2C.Streamate I report about 5 men a day begging for raceplay. Begging for age play. Thanks for your message.
Customers are not allowed to do this which is why we appreciate the reports.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
Yet they do the same shit to many models day after day with no consequences. Make it make sense. Race play requests all day long and no one seems to care
Good goddamn question lol I was wondering the same thing. Especially if I'm correct in thinking tips don't count toward paid percentage. A model could spend 0 time in private and have 0% paid time, but then have made hundreds or thousands of dollars in tips, and lovense activations, for a shift. I bet they just have that in there, but rarely actually do that. I was on the discord for over a year, and never heard once of anyone say they got their account closed for "under performance". But who knows ? That's why I'm shocked at that one. Also, that’s wild you can get banned for low performance. How is “low performance” on SM even defined as?

ETA; Interesting, there was a part in the agreement where it also said they can terminate your account for low performance. I've never noticed that before, and didn't know that was a thing. The reason I find that very interesting, is that every little while I like to run a little informal survey of my own, to see how many SM models are online. I've been doing it every few months for a decade now. The number has never really grown much, like I've seen with sites like SC, whose number of models online tripled during covid and after. It looks like not only do SM close inactive accounts (this I knew, if you don't stream for a few months you get a warning that you have X amount of time to stream, or they are closing your account). However, technically, according to this, they can also close your account for "under performance". Although I've never seen anyone talk about this happening to them. On your model dashboard you can access reports which let you know what percentage of your overall time online was paid. However, that can be deceiving because you could have made quite a bit in money in free chat on tips, or lovense activation etc, and I don't think that counts in, as "paid time
I saw that the day I joined and mentioned it here about a year ago. I was told it’s no longer in the contract and won’t be removed for low performance. But idk that site has 100,000,000 glitches and they have the worst percentage split of earnings but its an amazing backround site for multi streaming in Gold ShowsI’m actually in the bathtub switching between here and online shopping on my phone while I soak in a bubble bath (hahaha) but when I get out and can get on my laptop I’ll look up the no tolerance rules for the other major sites (including clip sites) and start the megathread, unless you want to start it!
Also, that’s wild you can get banned for low performance. How is “low performance” on SM even defined as?
See much as I love SM, and they've always been my main site, this stuff drives me absolutely bonkers.I was told it’s no longer in the contract and won’t be removed for low performance.
I would think that it becomes a quid pro quo thing that you run the risk of being raided /shutdownI’m actually in the bathtub switching between here and online shopping on my phone while I soak in a bubble bath (hahaha) but when I get out and can get on my laptop I’ll look up the no tolerance rules for the other major sites (including clip sites) and start the megathread, unless you want to start it!

Maybe it’s just because I am very tired right now, but I have no idea what you’re talking ab
