Plus, there's the added novelty of eating Shaq's head.
Every time I pop one in I feel so bad.
"Sorry Shaq, but your head is just too tasty to resist".
And he's doing such a friendly smile too... 🤦‍♀️

I am simply shocked and dismayed that Romania let the Tate brothers leave and come to the US where I'm sure they will enjoy extradition protection from the Sexual Assaulter-In-Chief.

Thank you, Idaho, for reminding me so frequently what a miserable cultural wasteland you are. Two weeks, and my sentence is over, and I get to leave this hell froze over, and go back home. I say this every year, and every year I mean it even more intensely: here's hoping I never have to spend another winter in Idaho.

I’m in Maryland, and every winter (a season I hate with a passion) I joke “That’s it! I’m moving to Florida!” I’m cranky, in physical pain, and more depressed during the winter. I’m glad spring is just 18 days away.

I did this when I lived in Chicago. Fell on the ice on my way into my apartment, hit my head, and walked angrily up the stairs and I found a place to rent in Vegas that night. HATE cold weather! Stay warm, you got this!

I'm glad there are others out there who empathize. I'm a mountain guy, so six months of winter is just something I have to live with. I spend a lot of time during warmer months trying to make arrangements to go somewhere warmer and more coastal during winter, but four months is a big chunk of time, and plans always seem to fall through.

It's heavy man, I feel it where I'm at too. Probably not nearly as strong as you. But it's a heavy thing. And I even take SSRIs + vit D all Winter long, plus I use SAD lights to film with. There's something about that natural light, that you just can't beat though! It really does us a world of good!

Where I'm at has gotten a lot warmer and sunny the last decade, due to what I assume is likely Global warming, so it's way less intense here than it was before.

Sidenote; Interesting new stuff I learned from my PT about vit D and absorption recently.
1) Your supplement allegedly has to have vit K in it too, for your body to absorb the vit D properly.
2) You don't absorb it through glass or windows. So sitting in a sunroom, or by a window on a sunny day isn't as effective as actually getting out on a walk.

The lack of physical exercise is something that especially gets to me. I'm not the most gung-ho about exercise, but I love riding my bike, and I use a bike as a daily driver most of the year. Rain, shine, cold, or heat -- it doesn't matter, I love it. I have to put my bike in storage during my winter downtime, and I'm stuck indoors. I'll break out the kettle bell, and work up a sweat a few times a week, but it's not the same as just moving around and going places throughout a given day. On the bright side, I do get a whole lot of creative work done during the winter, but being so sedentary probably has the biggest impact on my well-being.

I find a daily 10-15 minute walk outside is absolutely the best thing I can do for my mental health. Double points for activity AND sunlight. If I don't have time, sometimes I do my workout during my stream and just take a short break to read a book on my patio bench.

I got the Trader Joe's Chocolate Brooklyn Babka last night. Omg. It is now one of my favorite sweets. It's so good I could probably eat the whole thing in one sitting. I've had it for less than 24 hours and I've eaten almost all of it, it's so good. Definitely going to have to do some cardio today to burn off all those extra calories, but so totally worth it.

Why do men spend so long in the bathroom, so often? How much do you all eat?
Every man I've ever dated or lived with, spends half his time at home, in the bathroom. What y'all doing in there? 😆
It's like your guys' 2nd home.

I live in a place with 2.5 bathrooms, purely because I live with 2 adult men, and they both take forever in the bathroom.
At this point, I may as well get 2 TVs streaming ESPN in both of them.
Men; they pretty much live in the bathroom.
People who build houses should make bathrooms bigger, because if men spend half their lives in there, there should probably be room for more shit in there.

First thing when they come home - straight to the bathroom for 30 - 40 mins? Every time?
Then back again for another 40 mins a few hours later, and so on, and so forth?
Idk what they're doing in there, but I know what they're not doing in there; cleaning or building any new features!
