help me someone please! I tried to contact support of chaturbate for changing payout information. I send them aroun 15 mails on mail box.. after it I sent mails to shirley, then tried contact her on skype and icq and last chance was find someone on twitter...but nothing...7 days I wait, noone respond. soon is pay day. my payoneer account will be blocked after 1 of february. I need to change info or money will not come. how else can I find this slow support? :crybaby: :crybaby: :angry4:
 
Shirley actually has some personal stuff going on right now so sending her a ton of emails won't accomplish anything right now. Sorry that you have time restraints, it's frustrating, I know.

My suggestion would be to go through Chaturbate's Support for right now and try to stress the time-related urgency of your situation. CB Support is not notorious for timely responses but they have been getting a LOT better.

Tip: the more information and clarity you provide on your issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

I think it would be better if them allow change payout information directly from our own account without asking any support...as it have myfreecams for example...it would be easier...I am sure already that noone answer me from support, it is dead zone...I sent last mail but even did not expect success. I am shocked...becouse I need now get new payoneer card and I am sure them will not attach it

it is disrespectful to models..I did not see such slow and stupid support anywhere..btw I asked 1 member to write them and describe my problem. (he even call to them) support answer in 1 hour-"she must contact us directly"..lol
I sent them mails from 3 different boxes and them never respond

I am from Crimea. Russia. Becouse of stupid sanctions of USA government here stop working all companies-PayPal, mastercard, Visa, Apple, Amway and etc. and after 1 of February payoneer.. I need to be hurry..but ........
 
Could you do a wire transfer? Did you already cash out?

If you already cashed out to Payoneer, then that's an issue to take up with Payoneer, not Chaturbate. Email Nissimal@payoneer.com, see if he can help you?
 
yes I cash out money ...I do not think payoneer will help me...them not delete links of zmedianow...better if chaturbate just delete my payment detail for now untill I get new card...

If you have cashed out your tokens, Chaturbate will not be able to help you in any way regarding the payment that has already changed hands. If you have cashed your tokens out for this pay-period, you need to contact Payoneer about transferring your funds to a new account (which I imagine would not be toooo difficult).

Given the time sensitive nature, I would suggest either *not* cashing out for this pay-period until you can update your payment information or (if you have cashed out already) simply changing your payment information through CB before the next pay period.

ALWAYS contact Chaturbate through the email attached to your account, *especially* if it's about payment/security issues. You will make absolutely no progress otherwise, this is to keep your account secure. Some of the Support system is automated, if you send the same message from multiple accounts, there is a chance you could get flagged as spam. I know it can be frustrating... but security around monetary exchange and personal information is extremely important. I, personally, would much rather sacrifice a little convenience in exchange for personal/financial security.


TL;DR - If the money you want is still in tokens, contact CB. If the money you want is cashed out, contact Payoneer. If you want to change your payment info after this, you have plenty of time to do so before next pay-period.

I had same situation when I cash out tokens and my card expired 1 year ago. so I needed wait 1 month until I get new. I had contact with chaturbate support and in 2 days them delete link from my cb account and all...money were hold in site.

If you do not spend money until this point, you no longer have access to them. To obtain a refund, you will need to contact the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Treasury, "- said in a notice.it is what will happen with money on my card after 1 of february

I am not sure maybe if my account will be blocked money from chaturbate will not appear in my payoneer account...but who know-if appear maybe after I will be not able to send them on another account
 
I am still unsure as to whether your assets are stored in tokens or cashed out to your Payoneer account already.

As stated above, if they are still in tokens, they will be retained on CB until you cash them out (regardless of your Payoneer account expiration). If you *have* cashed them out, contacting Payoneer about transferring your funds either to cash or another account (as recommended by Charlotte) is an action that should be taken immediately and is something that CB will *not* be able to help with.

If I were in your shoes, I would contact Payoneer immediately about financial transfer solutions before the cutoff and worry about your payment info on CB afterwards (since there isn't really a deadline on that).

I have contacted with payoneer support. they said that money which will come on my account after 1 of february will not come there. so still I need chaturbate support for changing my payment info for future payment and for last one..
why all so hard if problem is so easy (

I am blind idiot....their responses got on spam filter and sure I did not see it
and their letters got on spam to all 3 my mail boxes...I noticed it is only now...
I am so sorry and thanks to all for help! now I talk with them and decide my problem :oops: :-D :roll:

I apologize for the delay. CB had me at 3 different conferences and i'm behind in emails. Reading the details I think I took care of this already. If I havent what is your username? Feel free to PM me if you do not want it to be public.
