Account banned, please help

Hi, i was broadcasting and some registered member started private show with me, when in private he told me he has birthday and that he is 15 years old, i thought he was joking but right after this my account was banned!
I have contacted to support but they havent replied yet, and i am worried that payout day will pass before i get support and i really needed that money.

I dont understand why i am banned because someone in my private show says that he is 15 years old, how could chaturbate let him register an account if he was underage, and how i could have checked his age?

Chaturbate has no way of knowing if that was roleplay talk or if the guy was actually 15. So, they have to assume the latter to protect themselves, because if the person really was 15 and a model was performing a sexual show for them, that’s an actual sex crime. Knowingly interacting in a sexual manner with a minor on the internet is something that people go to jail for a very long time over (and rightfully so).

If this person was 15 and their parents found out about this, Chaturbate and the model could potentially face serious legal repercussions.

Ok I would like to make it perfectly clear I'm not saying or defending ability to do anyithing of that and i never will!

I'm disputing the system in place to prevent said thing it's effectiveness and the way it operates.

It's flawed and to wide in scale like I said in one of my posts above it auto bans anyone ever connected to the main offender even if they have no connection to the current offense.
The problem with this is that their support is slow and ineffective and that mean lose of income in the meantime for people that are completely unaltered to said issue.

Also the system has many false positive and a lot of hols in what it can detect.

The system needs to be improved because right now it is lazy and cheap for the sake of cost saving and just saying "we did something"
