Banned Acount With 5000€ of collection private show recording lost

Hello,

Actually all my account are ban,

I had an addiction problem and requested to be banned from buying a token in order to solve the addiction issue.

The problem is that my accounts are actually totally banned, I used more than 5000€ in the purchasing of TK in order to have recordings of private shows in my collection.

You explained me why my account is banned and I understand but I need to have access to the collection only, it represent more than 5000€ of payment, please give me access to only this part, i can't lose 5000€ of video, the investment was based on the fact that I can see view the video where I want so I must have access to it,

You should have called your credit card company and asked them to deny new authorizations from this website. That way you could have kept access to the private shows you paid for.

This is what I did but Bank in France can't block Access to only one website, this is all or nothing and blocking Access to all Internet purchase is not easy..
So now I dont want to be unban, just to have Access to the collection of recorded private show..

I don't understand what sparks said , but I do know that every time you write it knocks you back to the end of the line for them to be answering your email. Sometimes it takes them 2-3 weeks to get back, and if you keep sending repeat emails, that will prolong that time (based upon what I've read here, in many other threads).

Chaturbate is not going to spend even a second's worth of time downloading and sending you anything as far as content goes. You have access to the content as long as you have access to your account. If you are banned, whether self-imposed and site enforced, or site enforced for TOS violations you cannot access the content you were supposedly addicted to. I had initially asked for the token purchase feature to be blocked, not for access to all my accounts to be blocked, there is a huge difference between the two.

You did not buy a recording of the private shows, you bought a license to access the recording for as long as you have access to the site:

All Independent Broadcasters acknowledge and agree they are aware that all private shows are recorded by default and such recordings are provided to the applicable Community Member(s) who purchased such private shows; provided, however, that Independent Broadcasters can disable this recording option at any time in account settings. Independent Broadcasters acknowledge and agree that all recordings of private shows are considered Member Content and that upon delivery of the recording to the purchasing Community Member(s), such Community Member(s) will have acquired from the applicable Independent Broadcaster a perpetual, irrevocable license to view and access such recording through the Platform.

   1. By You. You may terminate your Account and/or any of your memberships at any time .... Upon our processing of your request to terminate your Account, you will no longer have access to the non-public areas of the Platform nor will you have access to any Member Content in your Account.

It's been since April, in 6 months I had time to think and know that I wanted to have access to my account again with full knowledge of the facts. If I was working at CB support and saw this thread I would see nothing from you that would convince me to let you return, on the contrary I would be even more convinced that banning you from the site was the right decision.

I doubt anyone at CB would care or would take the time to see if documents like that were legitimate.


Anyway, OP, the punker barbie account here basically just confirms whether or not the support team has responded to your support ticket. It seems like you’ve already gotten a clear answer from support that you are banned and that ban will not be lifted. Here’s the response you’re most likely to get here:

“Support confirmed they previously provided you with a detailed response. Unfortunately, support is unable to assist further.”

“I have confirmed that the support team has responded to your inquiry.”

All other details aside, you asked CB to ban you. It was within your power to NOT ask them. It was also within your power to read the CB terms of service and understand that you’d lose access to your purchased videos if your account were banned. You either didn’t do that, or assumed you could badger them into a special arrangement. I don’t know.

I understand what you are saying about cam spending addiction .. I used to be like you few years ago .. spend a lot on livejasmin models .. I was totally addicted to few models there and can't stop myself spending way over my budget and income .. I also realized my addiction and took me some time to get out of it .. it's not easy.

But you did one thing wrong .. you should have blocked your card authorisation on cam site .. there are many ways to do that .. asking cam site to block your token purchasing, was not good idea .. I hope your account get recovered!!
