Banned Acount With 5000€ of collection private show recording lost

Hello,

Actually all my account are ban,

I had an addiction problem and requested to be banned from buying a token in order to solve the addiction issue.

The problem is that my accounts are actually totally banned, I used more than 5000€ in the purchasing of TK in order to have recordings of private shows in my collection.

You explained me why my account is banned and I understand but I need to have access to the collection only, it represent more than 5000€ of payment, please give me access to only this part, i can't lose 5000€ of video, the investment was based on the fact that I can see view the video where I want so I must have access to it,

I need an answer, and the access to it, don't unban me, just give me access to the collection, I worked during 5 years to win money and save it, I can't lose that.

You should have called your credit card company and asked them to deny new authorizations from this website. That way you could have kept access to the private shows you paid for.

This is what I did but Bank in France can't block Access to only one website, this is all or nothing and blocking Access to all Internet purchase is not easy..
So now I dont want to be unban, just to have Access to the collection of recorded private show..

I don't understand what sparks said , but I do know that every time you write it knocks you back to the end of the line for them to be answering your email. Sometimes it takes them 2-3 weeks to get back, and if you keep sending repeat emails, that will prolong that time (based upon what I've read here, in many other threads).

Chaturbate is not going to spend even a second's worth of time downloading and sending you anything as far as content goes. You have access to the content as long as you have access to your account. If you are banned, whether self-imposed and site enforced, or site enforced for TOS violations you cannot access the content you were supposedly addicted to. Gamification, sound and visual stimuli, token system, it's all there, the goal is to make dopamine shots to reinforce the addiction, but despite everything I spent all this money knowingly and I accepted it.
I had initially asked for the token purchase feature to be blocked, not for access to all my accounts to be blocked, there is a huge difference between the two.
Imagine a player who plays at the casino and wins €5,000, after a while he says to himself that this game is addictive and says "I'm stopping it's too addictive for me" and then the casino bans him and takes his €5,000, it doesn't make sense and that's what's happening here.
I just want to have access to my collection with the records of the private shows duly paid, it's the least I can do, I can sign a paper explaining that I take the risk in all conscience to have access to my collection again if they want to protect themselves legally, I will do what is necessary. Chaturbate needs to click on two buttons to unban me, as it stands I ask to do it, they can keep the inability to buy tokens if they wish, I just want to recover the videos that I paid for.

You did not buy a recording of the private shows, you bought a license to access the recording for as long as you have access to the site:

1. Private Shows. All Independent Broadcasters acknowledge and agree they are aware that all private shows are recorded by default and such recordings are provided to the applicable Community Member(s) who purchased such private shows; provided, however, that Independent Broadcasters can disable this recording option at any time in account settings. Independent Broadcasters acknowledge and agree that all recordings of private shows are considered Member Content and that upon delivery of the recording to the purchasing Community Member(s), such Community Member(s) will have acquired from the applicable Independent Broadcaster a perpetual, irrevocable license to view and access such recording through the Platform.

1. Termination.
   1. By You. You may terminate your Account and/or any of your memberships at any time .... Upon our processing of your request to terminate your Account, you will no longer have access to the non-public areas of the Platform nor will you have access to any Member Content in your Account.
   2. By Us. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason at all, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. They could, probably, unban you with a few clicks but they won't, and they can't just remove your ability to buy tokens.

I had an addiction problem and requested to be banned from buying a token in order to solve the addiction issue.

Your statement of addiction and request to be banned (from buying tokens, but it is all or nothing) makes you a liability in the eyes of Chaturbate.

With 99% certainty I can tell you that your €5.000 'investment' is lost, Chaturbate will not let you return.
