Not at all. I had a guy tell me he'd been watching my underwater clips for 7 yrs on c4s. He only contacted to ask about a custom. Never once found me on cam - he was looking for underwater stuff. Camming doesn't typically Happen underwater lol

But yeah theres crossover but every clip site i add brings more revenue and traffic and they're usually not super invested in me. Just looking for their specific type of niche porn. Im up to 5 clip sites now, same clips go up on all of them.

I'm pretty sure about 80% of my onlyfans base are not part of my MFC base. But that 20% or so that ARE "Amberlanders" on my OF are incredibly loyal and have recurring subscriptions and tip frequently on OF as well as MFC.

It seems similar to music artists and groups back in the day earning from both touring and albums. I didn't take content sales into account when I considered camming.

...The impression I get, whoever, is that some guys want our rooms as slow and we as desperate as we can get... For what you may ask?

So they can give us the minimum and get the highest show potential.

I think so too. I think there are people who are just assholes who really enjoy taking advantage of someone's situation. And people who are just cheap chiseling low lives though they probably overlap.

So now, help me understand members as a model myself. I have read here about how members get pissed off when models let whales "run all over them".
A members perspective on whales.

Firstly, we welcome anything which makes money for our favourite model. That isn't even remotely in dispute. We are happy to sit back and let that guy throw the tokens and fill her bank account.

Whales are a very different experience for the ordinary user depending on the context and particularly the site in question though. If it's a busy token site and she has hundreds of viewers then the whale (in my view) is less of an issue. He gets kind of lost in the crowd and ultimately everyone benefits, even the other tippers who still have some sense of a "shared experience".

Now, throw a whale into a room with only one or two other visitors and that whale, while still essentially the same beast, changes the dynamic completely. Suddenly there is no "shared experience" amongst the other non-whales. They are too few in number. Suddenly the one non-whale in the room potentially doesn't see the point in staying in the room. He's not going to be acknowledged and his tip actions are probably going to receive lower priority after the whales.

Now, while we understand that, and know that this is right and reasonable from the model's perspective, it can still be a bit disheartening. It's like trying out for your school soccer team and Maradona turns up to try out for the same position. We understand that Maradona is the better player and deserves to start, but it still stings. If there are members in the room who are long-term, steady, regular tippers then there is potential for noses to get out of place. It's not rational, but a lot of guys aren't rational.

Of course the other thing with whales is that they sometimes bring an ego which can cause problems. Ego + potentially jealous members = a pain in the ass.

Thank you. Not being a sub myself, if I am ignoring someone is usually my actual wish to do so 🙈 But I understood your point.

The other thing I've seen happen, which wasn't great, was a model getting a bit "whale happy" and changing pricing to match the whale's budget, pricing other members out of the equation.

Thanks to all who offered kind words. Having had a discussion with her today it seems like this is more of an industrial dispute so it may have some legs yet. Sadly it involves the roof over her head so it's a bit worrying.
It now seems to be resolved but it's left me feeling pretty angry. Still, we are back to normal service in a few days.

Yes, I am not that deluded too. Thank you for your honest input.
I am lucky with my regulars "whales", mostly they just tip for the hell of it and I could stay there fully clothed if I wish so or have no goal. One is a sub and would never get upset a that, the other one likes to see me sweating lol So that only works too when he knows something personal and shitty has happened. He tips offline all the time, we chat all day long and I always feel shitty if I feel like I didn't deliever to him enough that day.

All in all, they spend the same amount on me so so. One shows up 2|3 a month and the other one is there weekly and I love him for coming seeing me even if he doesn't clear goals, etc. I did explain to him tho, that if he wants menu items ne NEEDS to tip them exactly. He would just bombard me w +5 tokens tips and I am really bad at counting, leave alone live 🤣
So I threatned to take all his money as gifts 🤣🤣🤣 Now he tips top, panties off and I make sure to stay that way until he leaves. My boy has to work.

Errr.... it really doesn't work like that
it does occasionally work like that, I've seen it thousands of times but my issue is with completely dismissing the thought of an appreciation tip at all. It seems Chaturbate really is an entirely different world compared to other token driven sites, which I don't participate on but have checked a few out in the past.

Also, I was irritated, it happens. You can't say you've never snapped at anyone on here.

If you "like" a model then you should occasionally honor that they need to be showered in gifts not demands/tip menu items.

This does not work like that. There is no SHOULD.

if you need to be showered with gifts maybe a sugar daddy would work better for you? Jut sayin. Oh no, they will still want something back so.......

I have to agree with this. Even members who tip for "nothing", they want a lil insight on our real selves, they want to be the ones to give us that "extra" boost (so they feel good too). They at the very least want to feel special and extra appreciated, special to us.

Question! How "useful" is to you that the model you like has a social media account? Do you go see what time she's going to be online, for example? Do you care that she posts about what she's feeling or doing and so on? (Eta; I'm saying "she" because that's the majority of the forum but ofc I'm referring to any model).

And another one: do you often buy vids or subscribe to the only fans page of a model you like to visit and chat? I have the impression that the members who buy content are usually different from the ones who watch the streams, but lately I've been seeing an overlap. How do you guys feel about this?
On social media, it is not a big deal to me either way. It has been helpful on those occasions a model was not online at their usual time and I could see they either shifted hours or weren't going to be on that day. But a lot of the model accounts I have followed did not update media very often so the accounts were not as interesting to look at every day - I imagine a model who is better about SM posts I might experience differently

For videos, I sometimes do buy videos, usually so I can "see" them when they aren't on-line (though recorded privates do the same thing) or sometimes if I am trying to support the model I will buy them as kind of another type of offline tipping

They are treated exceptionally well and know more about me than people who are strictly transactional. I don't think it is an outlandish idea to throw down a couple of hundred tokens that say, "hey thanks for being here, you make my day better." It's, to me, a sweet encouragement that even though I'm not the top model or even in the top 50 or 1000 on Chaturbate that I mean something to someone. That they look forward to me being around not just because of my body or prices but because they enjoy my company and I enjoy their's.

That's why I was emphasizing the like part. I suppose I should have said your favorite model instead. Liking a model doesn't automatically mean favorite. If a person considers them a friend, a gift here and there isn't unreasonable in my opinion.

If it were so outrageous of a suggestion models wouldn't have menu items to buy her a coffee, or a drink, or a day off, or a spa day...

even if its a favorite model, theres still no should.

if you say should, its not really a suggestion Vixxen. im sorry to say but your attitude kinda sucks here. The question asked was truthfully answered, no need to argue on what 'should' be...
I'll cop to an impulsive choice of words. I was in the middle of my 10th anniversary show last night when the question came to mind. I admit I am an overly passionate person with a feisty demeanor and it struck a cord with me. I expressed my opinion (albeit not in a great way) in the moment.

I'm human. Not always going to be on the right side of an issue, I understand that. I couldn't think of a different way to say it in that moment.

Oh my dude, nobody called you a liar. Relax.
@Vixxen81 Its the last time I'll be posting on this thread which is a pity because I think its one of the best ones I saw here. You asked me why I was lying:

Then why did you lie and say you don't?
I NEVER said I dont tip unless I get something in return. You somehow misunderstood my answer about birthdays and read into it that I don't tip without getting something in return. Wtf!!!
You are really shitting me out of this forum! And your remark/question about my family and friends is outright dispicable.
What is a laundry list in this context?

good bye awesome people!

As we often suggest to our fans and members to stop and think a bit before they say/type something, I believe you would also benefit from that advice and stop posting when you're in a state.

Also, you did call @Gruner a liar.

I noticed you twist and turn your words to your advantage frequently. I'd rethink what you're saying twice before posting if I was you.

Ok let's start over. I apologize I did not remember that part of the comment. I was not attacking your family or friends. What I did and wrongfully so was assume if someone treated a model like a friend they would treat their special occasions like they would a friend in the real world.

I was working and responding at the same time which evidently is not a bright thing for me to do because I say things the wrong way.

I was aggressive when I shouldn't have been and won't happen again. I was hoping you would reply so I could apologize in real time and just now realized I could have sent you a direct message in the moment.

I promise I'm not an asshole, I made a mistake.

That makes sense to me. And I should think that members fitting that description who become regulars are special.

As far as tipping for "nothing" goes, speaking for myself I'm tipping because I like the vibe. The model is cool, the room is cool. And she went to the time and trouble to prepare to go online and make it happen. But I'm not really your market so fwiw.

No argument from me if that's what you want to do, but I wish you would stay, friend.

dont leave, worst comes to worst just put anyone who annoyed or hurt you on block.

For members who claim to not tip everyday... Do you even enter the models room when you are broke? And if you do (I understand money is not infinite) do you keep sending them non stop dms while at it? 🧐🧐🧐

If she ignores you for being busy, do you think she's cunty?

I hate free attention seekers with a fucking huge passion. It's not my job to chat ya up for free, busy or not. Esp when 99% of these only ask sexual stuff 🥱

I of course, know I am right but period hitting me too hard lol
1) I don't enter rooms without money/tokens anyome. I did in the past. If I am in a room for longer than 1 minute I will tip. Most guys don't do it.
2) No.
3) Understandable.
4) Understandable as well.

So now, help me understand members as a model myself. I have read here about how members get pissed off when models let whales "run all over them".

Why should models not give their FULL attention to a whale? He's the one putting anywhere from 50% to 80% of her food on table. These guys usually spend one hour and go. Why do members need attention when we are undressed already? Can't they undress us themselves?

If you tip any amount I am sure she would say thank you. The impression I get, whoever, is that some guys want our rooms as slow and we as desperate as we can get... For what you may ask?

So they can give us the minimum and get the highest show potential.
My answer may not be the end all be all. But I will try to answer from my perspective.

1) I don't see anything wrong with a model giving their full attention to a whale aka the one who is tipping her big. There are other guys out there, some for sure are attracted from the "free cam site" propadanda and when you don't have a clue, you know what happens.

2) Of course. There are tons of guys out there who don't even register to the cam site and want the full show. The world is full of assholes, why should camsites be any different?

It’s a tough job @Vixxen81 , some nights can be really tough 💛

I'll even be a good sport and take my lumps...

When a model is a dick to you and you didn't deserve it, would you like her to apologize in public or private? Or both?
I would demand nothing, but if she would apologize, private would be okay, I don't need public stuff. I am a human and personal stuff should be solved personal IMO.
