I have to say something nice about C.B for once. I reported an Exhib account playing child porn. It was gone within 15 seconds of clicking the report button.
Now if only they could workout how to get rid of the russian scam video accounts..which are still there over a month later

Hi new poster here. My name is Hornhigheleven. I was banned from Chaturbate on Monday night. I honestly have no idea why. I've sent support a couple of emails but have heard back nothing. I've been on for about 4 months with over 800 followers. I enjoy camming and have never been kicked out of a room, had an argument or to my knowledge ever violated the rules. Will I hear back from them? Or should I hold out hope for a reply? Any insider information on how to get my account back. I would really like to know why I was banned!
hi, can someone please explain me why did i got banned, it did not strictly said that i look underage it just said i violated their terms or compliance, i did not understand that part, so i am 20 and i do not look underaged but i got banned, i was only 2 time broadcasting and i did not show my face, can someone explain me WHY did i got banned ?
Because you didn't show your face and they probably couldn't match up with the id on file? Idk

Just to add another cautionary tale to encourage others to avoid Chaturbate, I've now been banned three times from Chaturbate for, as far as I can tell, absolutely no reason. Every time it has happened within a couple of minutes of purchasing tokens.
The first time I was able to get Chaturbate to unban me by threatening to put in credit card chargebacks- they wouldn't even tell me why it had been banned, but they at least unbanned it.
The next time I bought tokens my account was banned again. This time they are not responding to my support requests at all. Foolishly I thought I'd risk opening a new account and trying again, but alas that too was banned as soon as I bought tokens.
I almost never interact in chat other than going private, so I'm sure I haven't done anything to cause these bans.
I managed to get some money back by putting in a Paypal claim, and I intend to issue Mastercard chargebacks. It's not just about getting the money back, but Chargebacks damage their merchant account ratings, so hopefully if more users start issuing them, they'll rethink their scammy practices.
They've certainly lost a long time customer here.

I take that back.Seems like one of the times I got banned (for buying tokens), after a couple of days I got fed up and did contact the CC company. Idk if it made any difference though, seems like they finally refunded me that same day.
This was after several days of their nonsense back and forth bullshit.
I don't know how common it is or isn't, but I know CB's system does not inspire confidence.
I hate to think of law enforcement being swamped by silly reports every time a model puts her hair up in pigtails. And CB is giving off an impression of a crowd-sourced enforcement procedure that probably leads to that very thing.
No need to report it to anyone but Chaturbate according to their terms and conditions they themselves will go to the trouble of contacting the authority etc (yeah right, the guys location was Syria..goodluck with that)
We got our account banned during a great show with 2000 viewers, our acocunt name is "hornyfunlovers", we haven't violated anything, can someone help us please ??? Don't CB is happy earning money when someone is doing a great show ???

keep it bookmarked. I saw a third account come back from a ban recently (I assume a 'too young' ban based on her aesthetic)
We only created the slavicsisters account to pretend we are sisters because we did not read the TERMS fully and we are VERY SORRY for this, so we totally agree and accept that CB banned our "slavicsisters" account because of the word "sisters" in it, but then CB support staff advised us to create a new account not using the word "sisters", so we created "hornyfunlovers" account and never ever from this time we talked about sisters and when people asked, we sayed we are best friends NOT sisters, so why this BAN ? CB have our ID's , we have a different family name and a different mother name on the ID, so why have we got banned again ? Maybe you guys cen help u writing to CB support about this situation ? We want to come back and make the best shows on CB !
All I can say is they ban accounts even if you don´t break any rule. I am 22 years old, almost 23 and I worked on chaturbate for 3 years. Till this year when they banned my account because many people reported me saying I look like younger.
This is not good. They care more for the user than for the broadcaster. One guy said he wanted to kill me so I banned him and told the support.
Also I asked them if I need send them the pictures of my new ID because I will renew it before expires. And all they did was to ban me. Really?

Just got banned (about an hour ago) and honestly after rereading the T&C I have a suspicion as to why my account was banned though it wasn't expressly forbidden in the ToS and I've seen another (more prolific) model do it with no repercussions. I was hoping to find wondrous stories of how nice their support is.... D: Not looking forward to likely not getting my account back. I'm really hoping they at least pay out seeing as I had $215 waiting to be paid out tomorrow. Here's to hoping they'll respond and allow me to continue while not engaging in the activity, or they'll at least add a clearer clause to their T&C to prevent further models from having the same issue.

I actually got an email allowing them to unban me today... they cited me for using pre-recorded video because I was playing a video game on cam XD what? But they said as long as I promise not to do it again they'll unban. I just hope they do it before the cash out period is over.
