What difference does it make if a fan club member tips anonymously? The menu is set for fan club members at the discount if one is given. No other users get that discount. I always tip anonymously fan club member or not. Only ultimate users can tip anonymously so if they want you to know who they are they can send a PM without letting everyone in the world know it is them tipping you.

I only have a few Lord-level fans, who get 50% off the tip menu so it becomes easy for me to guess who is the anonymous tipper. If the user wanted to hide their identity from the model also it could be a useful feature?

I agree with you completely Maria, but then it does pose the problem of the guy /s then complaining about not getting their discount.
Maybe a message to say "You are currently receiving X% off the tip menu for being a Lord, if you continue to tip anonymously the model will be able to see (figure out?) who's tipping"
Or at least some kind of message, just not sure of the wording exactly.

And they can tick a box to not have it show again in that model's room again when they tip anonymously.

If I am a model's fan club member I really do not mind if she figures out that it is me tipping anonymously. The reason I tip anonymously is so other members in the room do not know who is tipping and other models that might be in the room do not know as well. I am guessing most guys do not randomly join a model's fan club especially at the Lord level. If a discount is offered I would want to be able to tip anonymously with the discount. You would be penalizing your fan club members by making them tip full price if they choose to tip anonymously.

Is there a list of countries not allowed to broadcast on Stripchat? It seems they have Kenya, Philippines, and Madagascar blocked I am aware of now but is there a complete list available?

Yes, a choice would be good.
- Anon with FC discount - may compromise your anonymity
- Anon with no discount - 100% anonymous

I thought it was common sense that if you get a discount, and you tip with the discount.. there's a higher chance people will figure out it's you..

but maybe not? I just didn't ever see the need for such a message

ETA; But I agree with Maria, a choice between tipping the full amount for a tip menu item could still be cool for people who want the option

This has been suggested and it's NOT a thing.. however you can mute tabs or even sites in a browser and this will mute all the sounds..

If you right click on a tab it should give you options for this.. (This is from Brave, and it gives options for both, Chrome will allow it to mute just the website in full, Edge will allow mute of the tab, and I can't remember what firefox allows)

Just use OBS to stream and you can mute your audio through there, that's what I do.

Understandable because if they hear the wrong thing, even from outside, you can get banned... stupid asf but oh well ..

In Firefox on each tab is the little site icon. if you click that icon on the tab it mutes the tab.

I run music I own through OBS, no streaming and no ads. No outside sounds. Few people seem to care and I get a lot of comments about how clean the audio is.

You will not get in trouble if we hear other people in your stream, even if they are with you in the same room.
Audio voices (without seeing anyone else on stream) are ok.

But if it's really worrying you or you feel like it doesn't sound good in your streams, play some music in your room - also ok.

1 problem that kind of plagues every cam sites, is with users that keep hold of 1 or 2 tokens so they don't turn back to grey. It affects the room for models where it will say "users with token: XX".
So, how about an option for models to change it not just to be "any user with tokens" but it can be a preset MINIMUM value based on what the model prefers. So a model can make it show "Users with tokens: if they have a minimum of 1, 10, 50, 100, and it would only count them based on which option that model has saved in her room.

So if I, as a model set my room to show the MINIMUM has 50, that means anyone with under 50 tokens would not show on the "Users with tokens" count.
Or, maybe even put it into 3 "with tokens" categories anyway?
With 1-4 tokens 5 users
With 5-49 tokens: 2 users
With 50+ tokens: 3 users
(This kind of detail one would only be for the model to see in her room, everyone else would still see it as "users with tokens: 10")

Not sure which, if any would be good or best but I think they could be useful for models one of these ways

Genuinely interested in what the benefit of this would be for models?
(from the outside looking in as a viewer, I'd think what matters is who is using tokens, not who has the potential to use them).

Above comment was intended to be around situation where a viewer has enabled the 'hide token balance' feature.
So is there a benefit to the model to know where that viewer sits within a very limited (low balance) range?

To piggyback on this, is there a reason why 3 months is the minimum when buying with tokens? Why can't we do 1 month?

I think it'd be great if the model couldn't then ban that user again for X amount of days.

I feel like that would kind of sort itself out since if you are constantly getting banned for not tipping 1 of 2 things will happen, you start tipping more until you no longer get banned, or you stop going to the room.

The problem with that is that camsites advertise "free public chat" . I agree though and tell models I am knight for to ban users that just "park" in their room everyday and never tip, but the sites probably do not like it much because it is "free live sex cams and adult chat" on SC anyways.

okay super odd, maybe it's because you changed the method? I'm not sure if that's where the bug might be, because I think it has always shown me the months.. I honestly can't remember now

It's great to see the VR section is still getting improvements but there is no place to read about them

Suggestion: More updates on the Whats New page https://stripchat.com/news or some kind of condensed changelog


The most recent improvements being instant tipping (but cannot customise the amounts), private prices shown when browsing thumbnails, private prices now displayed on the Private Show button - All great changes btw!

I'd also love to be able to do regular non-exclusive privates in VR

Instant (or "one click" ) tipping has always been available, just not via an "in your face" moveable graphic.

Under the chat window, beneath the "send tip" and "private show" buttons, is another button where you can "one click" tip (it's even called "instant tip" ) .

That amount is customisable (up to 100tk maximum).
