It's it's 10:30ish at night on the 11th of April and it's 14 degrees (57 F) in Montreal. It is no longer winter. Fuck yeah!

All things being equal, eating fat doesn't make you fat. But eating sugar does. Sugar is poison.
If you starve your intake of simple carbs (complex carbs are good, the more complex the better), and take in normal amounts of fat and fiber you'll lose weight and keep it off. If you don't exercise in some moderate form, you wont lose no mater what you do.
Eat like a diabetic, work like a mule and think to yourself "sugar is poison".

what i meant to type was sugary sweets and junk food and not fatty food sorry, yeah i understand starving myself for 10 days might cause low metabolism and understood that i might gain the weight back
thats why im easing into food and totally going healthy these first few days/ week im eating again, used to eat like 5 Mcdoubles at a time lol...but now i can barely finish 1/2 of this salad plate with steamed veggies on the side...
cause i feel full and satisfied already... i didnt do the Master cleanse for weight loss, rather to control my eating habits, weight loss was just the effect of not eating for 10 days, but my true goal was to start eating healthy afterwards and now im on the right track :-D

I had a good 6 hour drive from San Francisco To Hollywood Los Angeles today, capped off by having Candied Bacon Ice Cream Sandwich at an event called Yamashiro Farmers market and hanging with Hollywood types both normal peeps and some mega rich guys (like the producer of the New Superman movie thats coming out )
