if what you're saying is true.. then you need to stop. you don't get to force that on people. your disability is not an excuse to walk around and act however you want and then use it as an excuse to get people to feel sorry for you. that's bullshit, you know it, and if you don't you better wake up and realize it because it will not get you far in life.

i started off being very straight-forward and civil.

Just because someone else does something wrong and gets away with it doesn't mean that you can do something wrong and also get away with it.
I agree that members who harass models and say stuff like that should be banned. But, I think it's also more than appropriate that a model who says she has a fake id also get banned until support can verify that the id used is a valid one. Once you say something like that, they have to look into it to protect their site from any sort of liability. Saying sorry afterwards doesn't cut it. And, having any sort of disorder or disability doesn't free you from the consequences of your actions.

Plenty of models are mentally ill & have been hospitalized (myself included) I'm sorry you're dealing with so much. You for sure are not alone in that aspect. The world can be difficult to navigate as a result and plenty of us struggle through it. I have cammed for 8 years now including a few years on chaturbate with around 50+ very obviousb self harm scars--I promise if that was an issue I'd be long gone.
With that being said, for a company they can't handle jokes on "well they are mentally ill so it isn't a big deal and we should let it slide" basis. They can get in serious trouble if they have someone underaged on their platform. Joke or not--You made a mistake and there are consequences.

If you joked about using a fake id to get verified on the site, then CB absolutely should have banned you until they can verify that your id is valid and you are of age. It's their responsibility as an adult site to make 100% sure that every single performer on their site is of legal age. If you weren't joking and were actually underage, CB could literally be shut down or penalized for allowing a child to perform on their site. That's not something to joke about and it is absolutely a big deal.
There's models with self harm scars. It's not something you can easily hide when you're performing naked. If they were banning people from the platform based on that, then a lot of models would be out of a job. So, I can guarantee, CB doesn't have it out for models who have a previous history of or is currently dealing with mental health problems.
The fact that you don't realize how big of a deal it is to essentially joke about being underage on an adult site is worrisome.

I'd hope a person like that gets banned or they could possibly be doing something to avoid the ban (vpn/new email/new cc) idk how or why with details. We're talking about you and your situation--not them. You can work yourself up even more bringing up more "what about"--isms with other members behaving badly and we're not going to tell you that those people didn't do anything wrong or defend them here-- & we're not chaturbate support.
For your individual situation--it was deemed ban-worthy by support. You can try to involve @punker barbie about the possibility of it being reversed but it isn't a small mistake to make.
I'm not sure what country you're from but they don't jail minors here for streaming on a porn site underaged--they would be deemed a victim not a criminal.

From CB's perspective, they don't know who you are, and it's hard for them to determine what is a joke and what isn't. From an admin perspective, it's better to keep things as cut and dry as possible. Mistakes on this can easily lead to significant legal consequences and irreparable consequences for CB, so they're going to be better-safe-than-sorry on this item and others.
I can understand that you have several disorders, and I do sympathize in that respect. I can imagine that there are some obstacles that not many have to go through or fully understand. Again though, from an admin perspective, it's not something they can let slide as a joke. Once they start making exceptions for people, it creates more complications in moderation, and it also leads to overall more mistakes.

Cops kill business, but they can't have the drunk person or person causing an argument/fight creating a legal issue for the bar. Thus, the bar kicks them out. In this case, CB is the bar. CB basically says "I don't know if you're ok or not, but I don't want any potential trouble, so you need to go."

I imagine they're probably banning this guy, but he finds way to make new profiles and skirt past any automatic ban. From a technical perspective, it can be challenging to fully permanent ban someone. All you really can do is ban an email domain (but they can make another), ban an IP (but they can use a VPN, and this sometimes bans innocent users too sharing the same IP), or maybe ban a username/password/email pattern (but they can just stop using the pattern and be fine). I was an admin for a different site before, and let me say-- I realllllly wanted to ban some of the worst spammers, but they had nothing better than to make gmail accounts all day. It's frustrating from everyone's perspective.
Well, they're not the end all be all experts. There is always the potential that CB makes a mistake on an ID. There are plenty of fake IDs in the world, some better than others.
