Why Tip

I was thinking a little about my tipping habits/patterns this morning, and trying to understand what it is that I get from tipping? I feel I have a pretty good handle on what makes tipping enjoyable for me, at least in some basic ways. I also know pretty well, that there are some more complex underlying reasons to why I tip and how. Although I tend to hold the view that, 'everything is all about me,' I don't want the OP to be a camStory post.

So please, if you would, tell us how you tip - what motivates you to tip as you do - and, most important, what it is you get from tipping/what makes it enjoyable for you?

Or if you don't, why not?

I believe it is important to repay people for the kindness they show me. It may not be the most impressive of reasons, but it is what motivates me.

I teep for a number of reasons, none of which I can tie down to a particular pattern, they vary wildly depending on day time who's on etc

The only 2 things I'd possibly say about my habits is A)I am quite impulsive, If I buy tokens I usually spend them pretty quickly
B) The only way I will teep for nothing is if you are one of my "model friends" or i'm Kittykulting

I tip because I want models to know they are appreciated. I know how good it feels to get tipped by people "just because" so I want to do that for other models as often as I can.

I also tip because I want them to get naked and do things to their bodies.

I have only ever had 200 tokens. Most went to a group with AlexLady in preparation for a show that, sadly, never happened.

The few that I had left I tipped in increments of 10 (and a random 11 for the last one) with a note of appreciation, because it was just a little bit of appreciation for the fun I had in their rooms. Since I rarely ever stayed long, I didn't feel too guilty about not being able to tip as much as I'd wanted to.

Sometimes, I dream about having enough money to tip models from the forum as a thank you for being an active part of this community, since it's helped me so much. But then I wake up to reality and realize that I have a LONG way to go before I'll be able to do that.

B/C it is the best enjoyment to $ ratio guilty pleasure I know. And it does not leave my with that knot in my stomach when I realize how much $ I've spent, like other guilt pleasures do - its OK.

I hate to admit it but sometimes it is to say, "Look at me".

Other times I will transfer tokens to another member in the room who I am pretty sure 1:is a good dude, 2:will spend those tokens in that room, and 3:has no tokens of his own. Surprisingly, this gives me almost as much pleasure, as tipping the model directly.

I've done that before, someone did not have enough tokens to join a group that had been planned so i chucked him a few, the monetary value was negligable but the guy was a reg in that room, had tipped before and had been contributing to the conversation

It was priceless the fuzzeh feeling I got inside when I saw how surprised and pleased he was

hink thats what separates the Premiums on here to those on MFC in general, We all seem to believe it is possible to do something to be kind, not for "show bobs" or anything in return. Just to be nice, goddam it!

OK, for the more in depth answer than the one I gave before (because I can, which basically is true).

I tip because it makes me feel good to make someone else happy. Especially if it's obvious a model is having a crappy session while working her ass off. I realize that my pittance of tokens is not going to make up for the overall crapiness, but just for a brief moment. Although, there have been times when that one tip has spurred a few more subsequent tips.

I sometimes drive-by tip ACF models just because they take the time to honestly respond to members inquiries here when they could just hang in the models only section.

I tip so I can leave a tip-note for anything I don't want in public chat, for various reasons.

I tip because I have tokens. I have come to realize that I must purchase the smaller token packages, because very rarely will I leave with any tokens in my account, no matter how many I bought. I just can't seem to help myself. :-D

It honestly depends on my mood, and who I am tipping.

If I'm horny and with a model I am not friends with (as in a reg in her room and who likes me being there for reasons other than seeing them nude), I might be tipping towards a countdown/topic to see her nakie/a show.

If I am with a favorite, most often I tip to make them smile. Especially since I'll often put funny or cute tip notes just to get them to smile.

I just bought my first tokens yesterday... they're gone. Lmao! I tip for girls that seem genuine, especially if they find out I'm a model and are still friendly. Some are really helpful too (thanks for the manycam suggestion, Roxy!! :thumbleft: ). I guess basically, I they're spending valuable time talking to me, and I want to repay them... even if it's just 30 tokens!

And, yeah, I like girly parts :-D

when I can tip, the majority of my tokens goes towards private shows
as a general rule, I don't tip in public chat for countdowns , on the other hand, if she makes it fun for me, I'll tip
if I do tip in public and there is a countdown going on, I usually put in tip note "not for topic"
