Why do most models block other models from their rooms?

Some members don't know how to act when there are two models in a room.
I had a guy in my room the other day who repeatedly asked the model friend in my room how to send her an offline tip for different videos of hers (in the chat, not in PM). I can't recommend that behavior. ;) I love that girl and I want her to get all the offline tips in the world but it was still a bit awkward.

it's been said that sometimes it takes attn away from the model who's room you're in and that visiting models try to poach tipping members

Jenna is having 29 models in her room right now and I don't think it's taking away any attention. :)

CarolineSxy: guys if you want to tip and you dont have where to tip,you can tip me for free :)))
..This was in public chat. I don't want to think about how many PMs are floating around. :/ She should really block models from her room. I hope the craziness right now with all those models in her room (on their model accounts) is a one time thing because she's new on MFC. Like Amber explained (was it in this thread or in another one?), models automatically take attention away, what with their bigger fonts and their names' placement on top of the room's user list.

Well, it seems there are two schools of thought in this. In the Jenna thread someone said "all the loons" were telling her to block models. I'm not getting into all that here except to say that the comment in the public chat was probably a joke. Poor taste, but a joke nevertheless. :)

She should, majority of them are just leeching off of her right now.

For some reason, I picture you doing a slow burn and saying straight into the camera "Is LilyMarie gonna have to choke a bitch?"

I've also seen several very respectable models who were very encouraging and gave their fellow models compliments/encouraging words. However, in each situation, no matter how good their intentions, I always got this sense in the back of my mind like, 'this is just shameless self promotion.' Which is all the more reason why I think it's better if models sign up for separate, 'incognito' premium accounts solely for the purpose of them admiring their fellow cam crushes. Key word: incognito. There's really no reason why anyone should know who that other model is, unless she is trying to get her name out there purposely.

I think the worst thing I saw was a particular model (whom I'd always viewed as a nice girl) come into a fellow asian model's room ad say '________, I mean no disrespect, you're really pretty and all, but I don't get why you don't just show us your ta tas since you already have them in a hand bra.'

Needless to say, it resulted in a ww3'esque tirade where the model chewed her out relentlessly, saying it's her room and her rules, and she should know better than to come in to another models room and dictate what she should or should not do. She was subsequently banned, and from that point on, I just never had a particular liking to seeing models in other models rooms.
