Oh jaysus I hope no one minds that I'm bumping a thread on page 4 but I have a lot to suggest.
First of all, as silly as it sounds, the Fashion board on Vampirefreaks.com has a sticky with a huge, member-contributed list of great stores. It doesn't matter if you're not into "alt" fashion because they do list sites for corsetry/intimates, makeup, shoes, and fetish gear.
I'd also like to preface by listing a couple supposedly reputable places to avoid:
Limecrime. They sell makeup, and their Velveteen line of lip colours seems to be their most popular product but many of the pigments are noticeably off. Thing is, their products are not even remotely worth the high price tag, and worst of all the store owner is notorious for not caring about her customers. Last Black Friday she essentially scammed a lot of girls out of money when her site went down during a new lipstick release and she ignored all complaints that people paid for a lipstick and didn't get it or a confirmation email.
Corsetstory. Corsets are
shapewear, not a fashion accessory, and wearing one improperly can hurt you. CS buys from an Asian manufacturer. A girl bought a corset and found that the boning was poking into her, so she opened it up and the rods were cheap metal with rough edges and
rust. Likewise, the cinch in a lot of their corsets is out of position and can compress your lower ribs in a way a corset has no right to be doing. Because of this, none of their corsets are fit for tightlacing because they can cause long-term harm.
Also when shopping online, I've encountered many stores which mark up items 3x or more over what they are anywhere else. Don't spend hundreds on something from a site that doesn't custom-make their products without looking around first. Reverse image search a product photo, google the product number, or just the product name.
And now for good places I have experience with
Intimates and footwear
ODgirl
http://www.odgirl.com/
I'm a sz12(us), which means my shoe selection is greatly limited either by no brands making shoes that big, or brands scaling up the entire shoe so the ankle support no longer fits me despite the rest of the shoe fitting. ODgirl carries pretty much all Pleaser brands (Demonia, Bordello, etc), which go up to a 13. I find that their prices are usually cheaper than Amazon, and I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them already. Great site.
Yandy
http://www.yandy.com/
Not too different from ODgirl and they carry the same products but sometimes one is cheaper than the other or carries stuff the other doesn't. Around this time of year, Yandy has a great costume selection.
Sockdreams
http://www.sockdreams.com/
Absolutely glorious. They carry a wide variety of legwear including Japanese schoolgirl floppy socks and thigh high knit socks long enough for a giant like me. They've got sock garters and some cute pettis too (the above sites have more selection in that department though).
Pamela Mann
http://www.pamelamann.co.uk/
Based in Europe, but a lot of their leggings are to die for. I especially love their fake thigh highs with a pattern at the top (such as birds or a city skyline). This style is in right now thanks to some cute bunny and kitty themed socks from Asian, but those were made for tiny Asian legs, whereas PM being a European designer works for thicker-legged girls.
Welovecolors
http://www.welovecolors.com/
As the name implies, their main focus is having a huge selection of colours. They carry all sorts of legwear and nylon accessories.
Timeless Trends
http://timeless-trends.com/
A great alternative to Corsetstory. They have similar pricing, but much safer and better quality products. If you want a quick, real corset without spending hundreds, this is the place to go. If you want to corset train, I'd still recommend getting something custom made by a local corsetmaker or someone on Etsy.
Lewd things
Pinkcherry
http://www.pinkcherry.com/
Canada based, but I find they're often cheaper than most other sites. A camgirl former friend of mine got some products for free by reviewing them on her sex blog and using them for camming (there are other stores that do this, too). They do offer discreet shipping, although when I ordered the mailman stuck the package at my back door, I guess he subconsciously knew what it contained.
Bad Dragon
http://bad-dragon.com//
I know, I know, you're probably horrified if you went to this site after only reading the name. Bad Dragon does cater to an...erm... "niche", but put that aside and consider the fact that many insertables come in very generic shapes. Bad Dragon products offer some variation, and only 3 of them are molded after real animal weiners. What's more is they can come in very LARGE sizes for people that are into that, and can be made with a "cum tube" for use with the stores white lubricant, which is also a good buy even if you're put off by the nature of the toys themselves.
Fetish Factory
http://www.fetishfactory.com/
Also a great place for fetish clothing like PVC, leather, and latex. FF has an enormous selection of fun toys, including some stuff most adult sites don't sell.
Skintwo
http://www.skintwo.co.uk/
Based in Europe. Another great place for fetish gear. They have a lot of great latex items including black latex thigh-highs which are the most glorious thing on the planet.
Jlist
http://www.jlist.com/home
Japanese importers. They carry a few things American sites don't, such as Shimapan (striped panties) and schoolgirl swimsuits, which are fetishized by some. They also carry the Iroha egg vibes for women.
Fuzzy things
Pawstar
http://pawstar.com/
Some guys love cat girls, even if they don't even know it yet. This is something that often doesn't really get acknowledged outside of the anime fandom, but cat ears and tails can drive some guys wild, especially butt-plug tails. Pawstar custom makes their tails so you can get them in a wide variety of colours. If you want to attach them to a plug with a ring handle, grab the "keychain" tails. This site has an assortment of collars and cuffs as well.
Yaya Han
http://yayahan.bigcartel.com/
This cosplayer makes some cute plastic ears with maribou boa fluff on the inside. I actually prefer stiff ears like this over this huge fabric ears Pawstar carries.
Priceless Companions Etsy
https://www.etsy.com/shop/PricelessCompanions
Their tails are the belt clip kind, but their ears are individual clip-ins so you don't have to deal with headbands or finicky elastic bands which can sometimes fall off. The style is a bit more realistic than the two sites mentioned above, though their colour selection is less real and more vibrant.
Nox Hyde Etsy
https://www.etsy.com/shop/noxhyde
Expensive but worth it. These are stunning. They make much more realistic clip-in ears, as well as beautiful furless stylized ears. They also carry horns, tails, and collars. Their tails have snap-looks so while they could work with plugs, maybe not as well as the keychain tails.
Makeup
Obsessive Compulsive cosmetics
http://occmakeup.com/
Well if I'm going to stear people away from Limecrime, I should probably mention some alternate suggestions for bold liquid lipsticks. OCC is liquid lipstick heaven. They have a variety of colours and different gloss levels and from personal experience, even the darkest colours don't fade. The bottle is tiny, but you only need a pinpoint amount for full coverage. Best part is: liquid lipsticks don't smudge and come off the same way sticks do, so you can use this with your toys and while they might get some colour on them, the makeup itself isn't going to completely wipe off.
Pretty Zombie
http://www.prettyzombiecosmetics.com/ca ... d-lipstick
They carry some great mattes, even though they don't have a huge selection. The owner is absolutely devoted to customer service so you can buy worry free, and their lipsticks are even cheaper than both OCC and LC.
Nyx
http://www.nyxcosmetics.com/
Sold at Sephora and Ulta, and one of my favourite brands. Their eyeliners are one of the boldest, smoothest pencil liners I have ever tried, and their eyeshadows can be quite bold when applied with a little water.
Illamasqua
http://www.illamasqua.com/
European, and pricey, but all of their products are absolutely amazing.
Coastal Scents
http://www.coastalscents.com/makeup/eye ... ettes.html
I'm listing an individual product here, but many girls swear by their eye shadow palette. It has so many colours and they're all great quality for the price.
Korean skincare products
http://sunhyemi.com/the-best-korean-pro ... lackheads/
Not a brand, but check out the link anyway. Koreans are a million times ahead of the west in terms of skincare technology and I heavily recommend picking up some Korean products if you buy facial cleansers and creams. I can't suggest any brands specifically since everyone's skins is different.
Urban Decay
http://www.urbandecay.com/
Sold at Sephora. I was attracted to their packaging aesthetic when I was just a teenager, and I've been with them ever since. Great products. I still have a tube of their lip plumper gloss from way back when I first came across them, lol.
Too Faced
https://www.toofaced.com/
Another Sephora brand. Much softer and more classic feminine colour palette. Great shadows, but I don't have experience with their other products. I hear they're just as great though.
Make Up Forever
http://www.makeupforever.com/
The fourth brand I always look for at Sephora. The name is completely true, their products have such great lasting power, its used by Cirque De Soleil. Their shadows are completely waterproof. I mean, I don't know how waterproof is supposed to help a cam model, but I guess if you do bath/shower vids or are worried about swat ruining your makeup, its a great brand. They have a wide selection of shadow colours, too, which are quite vibrant even without adding water.
Wigs
I don't like using my natural hair for a number of reasons, so I love wigs. Halloween store nylon wigs can often look cheap and tacky, so I like to buy more expensive products with 3x as much fullness and quality. Unfortunately, most of these are from Asian brands which don't have a US website.
Pinkage
http://stores.ebay.com/kpopplus/_i.html ... =996586067
Absolutely wonderful realistic look and quality. Just make sure you read the name, some are wigs, some are extensions, and some are clip-in bangs. The pictures can be a bit deceiving and you don't want to buy a set of bangs thinking its a full wig!
Cyperous
http://cyperous.com/english/
One of the number one stores for Japanes girls into "Gyaru/Gal" fashion. Not a whole lot of unique colours, but some full, natural-looking wigs here.
Gabalmania/Gabalnara
http://www.yesstyle.com/en/list.html?q=gabalnara&bpt=48
http://www.yesstyle.com/en/list.html?q= ... nia&bpt=48
Another Korean brand that focuses on realism, much like Pinkage. Similar pricing, but a bigger selection and more short/male wigs. Just like Pinkage, the pics can be deceiving, be careful you don't accidentally buy bangs or extensions!
Dolluxe
http://www.dolluxe.com/
Admittedly, you can find similar wigs on Taobao (Chinese Ebay) for much less, but sometimes it's not worth dealing with shipping services and panicking Customs doesn't lose your package in shipping (Chinese customs are allowed to open packages and don't really give much care when doing so). Dolluxe is a great place for alternate colour and pastel wigs.
Lockshop
http://lockshopwigs.com/lockshop2/en/
A Dutch site similar to Dolluxe. I personally haven't bought from them but I've seen many J-fashion enthusiasts say they're better than Dolluxe.
