@AudriTwo - It can be an imaginary scenario where you make a good income. Not top 20 high unless that's your usual, but not low.
And if you live for the hustle and love the tipping aspect, you still could hustle - it just wouldn't actually result in more more for you so I could see how the motivation would be affected.

I would probably turn my cam room into an insult comic camroom. I'm already ripping on guys, and making people laugh. Tell some jokes, and spreading my ass.

But the site would probably fire me still in this scenario. Cause I know my new customer turnover %, and that what keeps my placement high. If I wasn't converting the same sales, there is no reason to pay me my usual earnings. Sorry even in fantasy land I turn into a realist. Hahaha.

As a member I think I would catch a show; different top model every time, as you could afford to visit the very best models for that flat fee. When I got bored with being any old guy I'd go looking for something interactive on another site and spend the rest of my money there.

Can you imagine the size of a top model's room (or baseline cost of entry) if sites took this path? [You did say same income.]

If I could get guaranteed hourly pay based on my average hourly token rate, I would likely be on more hours weekly and doing similar things that I do now. I'd also do topless video gaming more often, and probably less dildo shows.
