I read that during the filming of the video to Ashes To Ashes, during the scene where Bowie is dressed in the Pierrot costume, an old man walking his dog was stopped by the film crew and asked to stay out of shot.
He pushed back, and the video director pointed to Bowie, and said "Do you know who that is?"
The old guy replied "Of course, it's some c*nt wearing a clown suit"
In a later interview, Bowie stated that hearing that comment really grounded him and reminded him not to get to full of his own importance.

[Whether or not that's a true story, I can't confirm, but it's funny]

Why are so many websites having so many issues and problems these days? Are programming languages getting mixed up? Are people going all cloak and dagger in their basements and purposefully fucking up code? What the hell is going on? Is it all related to corporate greed and no one giving a fuck about their jobs anymore, because they're not paid enough to? Are companies outsourcing Dev and stuff is becoming just too disjointed? I'd like to know what is going on in that world right now?
