Finally someone to say it as it is, even its not pleasant to hear. FCP and all similar are PLATFORMS, not banks. No regulations apply to these sites and the only purpose anyone should be using them for is to get money THROUGH them, not keep the money in it. As they are not banks, they cannot issue cards. For this, they get a bank they pay fees to issue the cards. The money you receive go straight to the platform, then the platform charge the money to the cards (coz they are prepaid and chargeable). No bank under any regulations is involved with that and this is why its risky. This is also why anyone should be using these platforms to get their money and move them somewhere safer, even if its cash under your mattress.I have an official email from Escalation team of Payoneer... they said to me very clear that the money is at Firstchoice and Choice Bank is only the bank issuing the cards!
Again I say this is email is from someone higher than call center operators!
I know I'm a little late to the party, but I just spoke with a representitive of FirstChoicePay yesterday and was told they are PERMANENTLY closing due to their bank (Choice Bank) closing. I had actually recieved a notification upon login that stated something about a liquidity. So basically, the credit they initially were given by the bank was retracted for one reason or another and it sounds like the bank itself is undergoing bankruptcy. I really have no idea what I'm talking about, but hopefully Payoneer, which is doing just fine, will come up with a solution, so we can get some sort of pay card that does not cost an arm and a leg. Waiting for checks sucks harder than I do...http://adultworkforum.com/showthread.php?tid=10978&pid=101060#pid101060
I dont want to cause mass panic but there were rumours of something going off a while back and now daily pay is telling us to take all out money off the cards asap......
@Dan Epstein is there any official word?
I totally understand you. Just as an insight, I saw some similar comments above and a suggestion was to contact them via twitter. Most probably their support team is overwhelmed now as for sure in some cases they might be the only alternative.
till now CB, streamate and ifriends.net added Cosmo Payment.
I find it very strange, Cosmo Payment register the site in 29march2018 like they fucking know FCP will go down.. maybe is not FCP behind but still ..... streamate CB and ifriends are in the top websites of camming...well ifriends being the oldest one.

@StevenSP from 1may2018 skype will start monitor the chat and take print screens (unofficial I bet they record all ..the hard-disks are cheap..damn. they use Clouds for storage and the sky is full of them)
Microsoft will ban 'offensive language' and 'inappropriate content' from Skype, Xbox, Office and other services on May 1, claiming it has the right to go through your private data to 'investigate.'
I think this FOSTA/SESTA bill will sent us to "cam" on the darknet... I don't understand what this have to do with sex trafficking ?
then FOSTA/SESTA shut down all the websites who host the mfc/cb/bonga records ..like every second from freechat ... I'll not write the name but that site is back with offshore servers hosted by QUASInetwork (those guys was accuse that host child porn some years ago) CB and MFC don't give a fuck to block the ip's from where they record ... how hard can be to see some ip's that are 24/7 on the server accessing all the rooms at the same time..but whatever ..this was off-topic
ps: and the ukranians from SHITstore (they don't worth to had the site name written here)
ps2: yeah google and other search engines how about you remove all the search results from those sites???!!!
After reading all this I have a question. Are we sure that cosmopayment.com is the official link of the cosmopay new service?Exactly..something fishy is going on. It looks like they knew beforehand about what will happen to Choicebank and FCP. Add to the fact that cam sites seems to trust Cosmo immediately.. with no background information etc...i mean it was just being born out of the blue. My speculation is that this Cosmo parent company is the same as FCP...thats why cam sites are willing to use it.
Hello, i am and i have raiffeisen acc , still no money , did u recieve any ?Hello! I am new here. I am sorry for all people and situation about FCP .... I have also the balance freeze with all my money what i saved for many months. I didn't know could ever happend this. I could withdraw only what i had on my card (10k). I am talking everyday with FCP support and always the same thing....working to find an option for all affected accounts. They assure me each time when i am talking with them, my money are safe and there are not a risks to lose them.
I am sorry i didn't know before about Epassport situation.
Any from Romania here who tried Wire transfer from MFC to ING account?
I think you are a bit paranoid, but its normal in such stressful situation. No one would make a clone to a still nonexistent platform with the only purpose to collect ID cards and passports data. As long as you are not a CIA or Mossad agent, your passport picture is quite useless actuallyAfter reading all this I have a question. Are we sure that cosmopayment.com is the official link of the cosmopay new service?
Does cam site redirect you to this page? Assuming that myfreecams said that they hope that cosmopay will launch till 1st May (answer that I've got when I also sent them a mail to ask about cosmo) , and assuming that there was no official launching of cosmo pay yet, are we sure that cosmopayment.com is the legit website of cosmopay ?
What if we're sending our legal documents to someone and we don't even know to who. What if we will realise after few days that our official cam sites come with other link to the site of cosmopay that is the real one.
It's just a thought, please don't acuse me again of desinfodmation, its just a question I ask, I'm paranoid after all this situation.

Cosmo seems fine. Just keep in mind the lesson from FCP and Epassport and use it AS A PLATFORM, not a bank. Get the money through it, store them somewhere else.
Cosmopayment
-this "opportunist" that appeared exactly in the right moment
-and was accepted by every videochat website without even showing the owner or having reliability
-and without the evacuation of firstchoice it would have been created for nothing because not even one client would have gone with them
-and the actual date of creation !!!
-and looks exactly like Firstchoice platform
-and has almost identical fees
-and works exactly like Firstchoice-payoneer with prepaid cards
Just next few things i found out.
There is no legal contact on the site. NONE. No adress etc etc.
No information about their banking license on the site.
Alive sinds a few months.
29 march 2018 or so.

If it is 2 decades active they have more known brand.
The website itself it has HTTPS but not by a real provider but by lets encrypt. (free not checking sll system) Nothing is verified just encrypted.
And the site is using wix. So possible a quick template.
Personal to many red flags for a banking site. I have no clue why they hide their identity so extreme. A normal (bank) company would not hide or build their site like this.
I don't believe any of these 2 actually managed to steal the money. As they are not banks, the money only pass through them in order to get charged on the cards. The platforms don't have any of the ways banks operate with, to move money anywhere, but on the cards. They don't have BIC codes, swift, sepa, IBANs, nothing a bank operates with. So once the money are on the platform, they can get out of it only through the cards. The cards are issued by a bank. If the bank freeze the cards (or VISA/Master card like it was with Epassport), there is no way for the money to leave the platform. Cardholders can't get them, but the platform can't move them anywhere else, because they don't have any tools to do so (as they are not a bank). Hence, the money are stuck in the middle of nowhere. And because its the middle of nowhere, its not reasonable for any of us to keep it ever there. Instead, we should use the platform to only receive money fast, easy and hidden from tax authorities and so on, get them via the card and then store them wherever else we decide.Well...at least epassporte business was closed down. If it turns out FCP will never give back the money to its victims, then the parent company get away easily with stolen funds and just make other platforms like Cosmo looking for more victims. The parent company can keep stealing money without ever getting caught or closed down. And people should not support them to keep the parent company alive. They should not get away with crime.

With all that being said, I doubt FCP stole any money. They just got a major f..k up and may be (if its the same guys) made immediately a new platform with a new bank, so they and we all can resume business.

What if I got a +50 k payment on 1 April from the site I work with and I had not enough time to withdraw them as the limit is 5k/day...i don t get it how people can leave their saving on this prepaid cards. this is a fucked up situation , happend with epassport and people didn t learn at all
that is an ok situation i guess , iam talking about people who said they had savings thereWhat if I got a +50 k payment on 1 April from the site I work with and I had not enough time to withdraw them as the limit is 5k/day...
Thats my situation for example...
They have bank accounts to collect fees for their services for sure. But the money you get paid are personal to you and on your name to your platform (not bank) account, leading to your card, also issued personally to you. So the money are yours, but you can only get them through the card. FCP is actually the middle of nowhere as your money only pass from it to get to your card. Now they can't get to the card, but are already in the platform account. Stuck. This all is my own opinion, I don't have any insider info. I happened to work in banking for few years before my MFC careerI dont think the money is stuck in the middle of nowhere. FCP is not a bank but it must have its own bank account to hold all the money that are not yet loaded into the cards. And yes they can have other tools to choose other prepaid cards company, or wire transfer it etc.
Maybe I misunderstood what you said. Maybe you are trying to say that it is not FCP that is holding the rest of our money, but it is in Choicebank deposit account?
Be sure FCP and other e-wallets have own accounts with subaccounts for each customer in a banks, some of them even with IBAN, e.g. epayments. Could be. However I believe in what I think.- When you go to firstchoicepay.com you see "© 2018 Choice Bank Ltd., All Rights Reserved" on every page. So I assume First Choice Pay is a brand of "Choice Bank". I can't even find "First Choice Pay" in the business registry of Belize.
- The prepaid cards of First Choice Pay may contain maximum $10k. I assume they store all the rest of the money on a bank account of "Choice Bank".
- The prepaid cards of First Choice Pay aren't frozen by the bank or Master Card. They still work fine.
