I would go easy on the "fanclub" stuff for the first bit, unless, like Jessi mentioned, you have already created a package of pics, videos, or whatever that you believe would be good value. I've checked profiles of new models who have a put together these really elaborate lists of offerings and member ranks. The problem is that these graphics only really look good with a bunch of member names filling them up, and a new model just isn't there yet, and the whole thing ends up looking empty and presumptuous.
If I were a model starting a fan club, I'd get a few fans first and build the club around them, rather than the other way around. Get a few good tippers, and put their names at the top of your list of studs, knights, pirates, hunnybunz or what-have-you retroactively, so that people visiting your profile will get the impression that you already have a following, and the members already contributing will feel extra special. You might, however, want to check with those members about listing their names as tippers on your profile, because some of us are cagey about publicizing whom we tip.
The other thing is that, as a new model, it's often hard to tell what your market is. Members will surprise you in terms of what particular things they find attractive about you, and what things they're less excited about. Members might get turned on by something you didn't expect, like your laugh, your voice or your hair, while you might have thought your boobs or your ass were the only things they'd be interested in.
I'd fill out your profile with a little fun stuff, add a few photos that don't give too much away, and then think about what worked best for you during your camming sessions and emphasize those things in your profile and in your chat. Once you've started broadcasting and can get verified as a model, you will find a lot of practical information in Models Only about how to build your member base and monetize those features that members are most attracted to.
One thing I wish models did try on their profiles are videos of themselves saying "Hi" and talking about themselves a little bit, even if it's just the stuff already written in their bio. Touch on a few topics you are interested in, so that members can find a way to connect with you that might not be obvious otherwise, and give them a reason to engage with you in your room. Another idea would be a series of videos of them reading something out loud that engages them. Porn would obviously work, but it wouldn't even have to be that. I think any fiction in instalments might work as long as you maintain a posting schedule and keep it fun.
