What do you do in PM + C2C?

Hi everyone! I'm still a little new to MFC, I've been on for about 2 weeks now but I really wanted to ask about an area that I'm struggling with slightly. I was wondering what all of you do with people that pay for a friend add/pm but are super needy or who just want general chit chat that they could have in public chat. I find that atm when I'm on cam I have maybe 1-3 active PMing sessions going on at the same time.The reason I am asking is because I charge 50tks for a friend add which includes PMing privileges and to be on my friends list and I find that guys either want to have general chat that they could easily have in my room or they want to spend ages telling me all the ways they want to fuck me. I dont mind this, however I'm not sure where to draw the line as I feel like it's taking the attention from my room and all I do is sit there and type. But I don't want to be mean and not message them as they have tipped for it.

Also I have similar problems regarding c2c, I require a 49 token tip for this but I've had 2 guys so far that have been super demanding and almost requiring my full undivided attention ie asking me to control their orgasm or techniques. I dont want to specific on a public forum lol but am I being mean? Should these guys be told to take me private or buy a skype if they want attention?

Regarding the c2c I think private or Skype is the way to go, I would feel strange to be in a room where the model admires in public the dick of a member she sees on cam.

Regarding the PM you should really relax, you are on cam to make money so set your priorities accordingly:
this means if you get a PM about a request for a private and you are interested, respond quickly, if you get a PM about some BS, take care of your room and respond when it fits in, I have a model friend who sometimes responds to a PM after 1 hour, and no hard feelings from me because I know she is busy with other PM and taking care of her room...

With guys PMing things that could be said in main chat ask them politely to put those posts in public chat as it will generate conversation and they would be helping you get other members joining in the chat. As far as guys using PM's as their talk dirty portal, tell them you would appreciate there thoughts in tip notes, most models ask for this so you have no reason to feel bad about this. Just because a guy has tipped you 50 tks for PM doesn't mean he doesn't need to tip you at least a small amount most times he visits you. So prioritize and give most of your attention to the guys who show you their appreciation by being generous on a regular bases.

Here's how I did it. PM rules "Remember to keep PMs for private stuff only. If you can talk to me about it in public chat, please do it there!" and stick with it. If it's a general chat type of thing, don't respond, maybe type "you can talk to me about that in public chat!" and that's it.

C2C rules, "C2C doesn't include dirty talk or personalized convo. I'll open your cam but I'm still focusing on everyone else!" And I stuck to it. I never talked about what was going on that dudes cam. Half the time I opened it and minimized it. Which sounds scammy but I offered C2C not "A super cheap dirty talk session with everyone else in the room being forced to listen!"

I personally refuse to PM at all. I have it set so that nobody can PM me and I don't offer friend adds. I have terrible carpal tunnel from my vanilla job, so I try to minimize typing when possible.

One thing that I have seen models do when someone's doing general chatting that could be in public chat, is they will respond to the pm's out loud, giving the folks in public chat more engagement while also showing that they're not going to give them one-on-one attention for "I'm great, thank you! How are you? I'm 24. I'm from the midwest. My favorite color is purple. I went to the grocery store today, haven't been up to anything else."

I offer c2c in pvt only now. I used to do it with the caveat I would close it at anytime and I would not discuss what was going on in their cam unless I was taken to pvt. Unless they were like doing backflips. Backflips would warrant some kind of notice.

My rule for PM is that if they want private conversations they must take me to pvt. My main focus is entertaining a room of many and they can't be selfish or try to hog my time in PM because it's unfair to me and the room. I ignore sexual PM or PM that is obvious fetish talk. I go along with what steph does when it's stuff they could chat about in public "I know it can be hard to chat in a room full of people, but I think this would be so much fun to talk about with everyone. I don't want to ignore the public chat!"

I don't like PMs or C2C.
I don't like typing to chat with people while I'm in public chat on MFC. I will if it's business related. But I feel sitting there and typing distracts from my show. I also don't like the hassle of adding and removing people from my friends list just so they can chat me up. I tell people to MyFreeCam mail my about business inquiries. I ignore any MFC Mail that isn't business related. If people really want to PM me and just talk about whatever while I'm on cam, I have "Squad Perks" on my profile that only people who have contributed 4200 tokens accumulatively to me on MFC have access to. So for a friend add and chatting in PM, I only do it with members who have contributed that much over a lifetime. And then my friends list is only big supporters.
As far as cam to cam goes, I'm honestly just awkward when it comes to having to see or hear people on top of performing in a way that peases them. Especially if I'm in private or Skype, being paid per minute. I just don't have those kind of interaction skills with complete strangers. So I also have "VIP Perks", which is 7100 accumulative tokens, and if you reach that level I'll C2C with you in Skype or private and we can actually get to know each other. If people want a Skype and aren't VIP, I mute my speakers and tell them they have to have their cam off.
What I do isn't the norm, but it goes to prove you can set whatever rules and limits you want. And I've changed these rules 100 times. You just have to figure out what works for you.

A model I know doesn't charge for PM access but has a rule that she doesn't respond to PMs during her show. She responds to them all afterwards. It's a lot of work but I thought it was nice, unique approach - she said she has made many regular customers through doing this.

I was wondering: A model on MFC I know pretty much does pms (no charge) with people, and phone stuff (so many phone sounds) but her chat room room is pretty much bare of talk. Is that bad (I know models get tips outside of chat room from private messages with dudes)? I did notice that it often takes her a minute to acknowledge what I type in chat, so chat is not really a priority. Sometimes when I tip it almost seems to shock her out of whatever awesome thing she was reading. I guess it is possible that she really likes talking to people, so that might be a thing?

Most models focus on the chat in their room, not the PM chat - otherwise it gets very boring to watch them and doesn't encourage in-room tips. However, every model has a different style and different way to make things work for them.
