Hey everyone,
I started camming approximately 4 months or so ago and am finally feeling I've pretty much got the hang of it now. Being a dancer I understand how to talk and flirt but all the technology can be confusing and frustrating to say the least.
Anyway.
I got forced to leave my house in Las Vegas and had to pack up and move across country back home to Canada in under 30 days notice. Because of this I couldn't work, over a month off and on top of that some crazy expenses I wasn't prepared for. I'm finally settled in my new place and I love it! I have space to hang my aerial hoop and my fetish props, have loads of room and some really unique exciting shows I have planned but, sadly I have been majorly struggling all week to even hit my first goal. I've been averaging around 14 people in my room sometimes less, usually not much more, yet I have been resilient and am still upbeat, bubbly and entertaining. Smiling chatting telling silly stories. I even did a cooking show where I made steak and potatoes and had fun with it.
People come in my room and have been commenting on how they don't understand why people aren't in my room, or why no one is tipping. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. I think I have great music, great lighting, sexy and fun wardrobe, and am offering something a little unique in terms of shows. I'm not a prude, am super open minded to most things, I am a nude / explicit model, a squirter at that, also I can be silly af but turn on sexy pretty quick, and I actually enjoy it! Sadly, all the effort, investment, and time I've put in seems like a waste.
I cammed last night from 8pm - 1am EST and today from 6pm - 3:30am ((I took a break from 1:30 am until 3:30am because I needed to get fresh air and to avoid a meltdown cry fest on cam )) I have made maybe around $200 in the past two days during all of those hours. I have never received what most would consider a "big tip". I've never had anyone purchase anything off my wishlist I don't get spoiled and all that is just fine but, I just want to be able to make my countdowns and put on a really unique show, but sadly I can't seem to make it happen.
It's a shame because I really love this job. Its so much fun and I have so many fun exciting things planned but I can't even seem to make my first countdown to bra off. If anyone has any advice I would so very much welcome it. I know its most likely hard to gauge what it is that I may or may not be doing wrong since you most likely haven't been in my room... or.... maybe it's just been a slow week all around? What can I do to drum up more viewers? Is it because I was gone for so long? I have zero idea. It's sad to say I'm about to throw in the cum towel but before I do... if any of you (male guests or female models) have any tips I would be so thankful.
Time to wash off the makeup and sleep the day away...
