It's your chatroom, so you only have to do things that you want and are comfortable with. If that means no penetration, then that will be fine, just be clear about it so nobody feels misled.

I get that there are cultural differences that I couldn't even begin to understand, but a broken hymen doesn't mean the loss of virginity. If that was the case, then it would mean I lost mine when I slipped on the edge of a pool when I was 8.

to answer your question,

yes Payoneer is very safe and no problem. it's a bit of a hassle to set up, but works fine!

not being great at english isn't a big problem either, from your post here I think your english skills are sufficient for camming :] speaking arabic and french is a bonus and you could advertise with that for privates.

Hello, and welcome! Before you jump into the world of camming, think very very carefully. Are you sure you want to do this? Anything you put on the internet is there forever. No matter what level of modeling you do, someone is going to capture the images and post them on free porn sites. If that really upsets you, or you think it could cause problems in the future you have planned for yourself, you should not do this.
