The pistol is a 25 caliber cheapie.. aka "saturday night special." Unless fired into a soft spot, its unlikely to kill a person. Several instances here of them used for thug robberies in the last few years. One carjacking in particular, the dude refused to get out of the car so the guy shot him in the head thru the open drivers window. The bullet barely cracked the skull bone and the driver got out and pounded the guy to a pulp.
