Hello! My nickname on the Chatbot is Alexx Succubus, I contacted support by email ( Request #24039213: ) regarding the blocking of my account, the support service replied that the account was blocked due to my depressive behavior and is temporary, and the support service indicated in the message that I can write to them when my condition my health will get better and they will unblock my account. I sent a second letter saying that my condition is stable, I feel good, as I have been maintaining my health with my therapist for several years, I do not have depression, everything is fine with me. I sent the letter 8-9 days ago. Is it possible to speed up the account unblocking process? I really miss the site and the incredible atmosphere it provides, and I feel happy with it.

Unfortunately , protective suspensions , which sounds like what happened to you are rarely removed that fast. They last from 30 days to 6 months usually.

Just sending them a letter saying "everything is A OK now" is not enough to get that lifted. If that was enough then all users who get a "protective suspension" would be doing that even if they are not well enough.

Sorry but that is what I have observed with these type of suspensions
