Unable to broadcast

Hi, we are unable to broadcast because it says our id needs to be age verified…which they were. Now they both say we are ineligible. I have been given the runaround by support and was told because I had another broadcaster appear on my cam who was not verified, that is why. She is verified on the account we broadcasted on. At first it was only the account that I rarely use in which we didn’t even broadcast with said person. Now our main account is flagged. We do not understand why it says we are ineligible. Please help. Many thanks in advance.
