Hell of a way to start off the New Year. Great fight.

Strange time for the UFC. All hype trains have been derailed. Ronda was exposed as a one dimensional fighter and as one of the worst losers in the history of sports. Aura of invincibility gone. I want to call her the Royce Gracie of early women's mma but don't feel that is fair to Royce.

McGregor humbled by the Stockton Slap. Aura of invincibility gone, his stroke with the company gone and most importantly, his bottom line takes a massive hit. Won more money than I'm willing to disclose betting against him so I can't still be mad about the Aldo fight.

Northcutt and VanZant sidetracked before they even really got going. Poor Dana. I bet Georges won't even answer his calls because he isn't sure if he can lay on 2016 Lawler for 25 minutes without getting dropped and because he knows he isn't going to out wrestle Rockhold or Weidman. The super fight that could have been between him and Anderson Silva is now looking like a possible Bellator main event in a few years.

Speaking of Silva, all the goats and former p4p bests are getting old. Father Time really is undefeated. Silva is losing (bullshit) decisions to Bisping and fighting Urijah Hall at 198. Yeah, Urijah Hall. Barao was dismantled twice. Not sure what to think of Aldo yet. Cardio Cain is now no cardio but lots of excuses and injuries Cain. Fedor is back to his can crushing ways. Jones is the only one left and hopefully that ends at 197.

Excited to see what they have planned for 200 and probably more excited than I should be to see Mir and Hunt tomorrow. Seems like an easy win for Mir if he can get it to the ground but Hunt could look at Mir's chin the wrong way and dudes legs will give out. I half expect Mir to attempt to grapple and be knocked out by a short uppercut.

If you could go back and tell the me of a couple years ago this was gonna happen, I would have laughed in your face.

Same here, I bet even Bisping himself would have probably laughed. I kinda grew to like Bisping because he isn't really great at anything but is good at everything. Durable too. Is even pretty good when they have him on as an analyst.

Wow, you sound like a great big hater. Why would anyone rejoice so much at other people's misfortunes? I have fighters I like a lot more than others, and even a few I can barely stand, but I don't cross my fingers and hope anyone's career goes down the drain. These are living people, with kids and stuff. You act like Rhonda spit on the girl after losing. All that happened was she was really sad for a few months.

Wow, you sound like an overly sensitive drama queen that is unsurprisingly uneducated on the topic. Sad for a few months huh? lol ok

The card for 200 is looking entertaining. Just noticed that they even found a fight for Takanori Gomi, good ol pride never die. Would prefer McGregor defend his title but fully understand Diaz/McGregor 2 is what is best for business.

Whatever. Go on believing what you want, but uneducated would be calling a fighter who has finished multiple fights with strikes and submissions one dimensional. And worse loser in history? Worse than Daley sucker punching Kos? yep definitely lol.

Uneducated is you not knowing that Ronda's striking is so bad that it became an internet meme long before she was exposed as a one trick pony. Who did she manage to ko? Women that have been training mma for a year or two to lose baby weight? How super impressive. What happened when she faced a real striker? She looked like complete shit and was clearly out of her league.

Did Daley refuse interviews or photos to be taken because he was such an emotional baby? No, no I don't think he did. Pretty sure Ronda is the only fighter that has ever been that immature. Did Daley go on Ellen and say he considered suicide after a loss? No, not even Paul Daley is that bad of a loser. Pretty sure he was back in the gym within a week and fought and won 3 fights later that year. What did McGregor do after Nate beat him? Went right back to the gym, made no excuses, and got the rematch signed. What did Ronda do? She declined a rematch that Holm and Dana happily offered and hasn't fought since. I think she is working on a movie about do nothing bitches.

I agree with your sentiments for the most part, but if I saw Tito Ortiz homeless and panhandling on the streets, it would thrill me to no end. Also, I wouldn't be opposed to some sort of misfortune befalling Josh Koscheck. But that's only because I've really hated those two for a while now.

I was actually starting to get over my disgust for Tito, then he had to go and pop back up in Bellator.

Tito makes it so hard to like him. Nothing but excuses after every loss and that stupidly long gravedigger celebration thing he does is awful. Will admit to kinda liking him back in the day when he was a young and trolling Ken Shamrock.

Cyborg makes her UFC debut tonight. Hoping it leads to more entertaining fights. Also hoping Shogun can find a way to win but I don't know, his chin ain't what it used to be. Main event should be good. Curious to see if Werdum tries taking it to the ground and really curious to see how Miocic performs if it goes there.

Michael Bisping is the middleweight champion of the world. In 2016. Wild. Hendo still leaving dudes laying for uncomfortable amounts of time. Hollaway planting his feet and swinging the final ten seconds of his fight needs to become his thing. Brock at 200. Helwani banned for life. Very entertaining show, 200 looks to be even better.
