Two attempts at tokens purchase appear to have failed

Each time I would be diverted to a small embedded window asking me to verify the purchase by entering a PIN that had been sent by Visa to my phone.

Both times, after clicking Verify I would end up with a blank screen (see attached pic), and with no update to my tokens count.

Did money get taken out?

Usually blank screens and stuff are due to ad blockers or it not rendering correctly on that browser. I'd try turning off ad blockers if you have any, and/or another browser.

I won't know if I was charged until I check the c/c history in a few days.

No ad blockers nor incognito mode, browser is set up the same as it was for a successful purchase a few months ago, also using the Epoch processor.

No biggie anyway, I normally use CB as SC has always been very sketchy for me connection-wise - slow to initially load room, constant buffering freezes, model's background music tempo slowing down/speeding up presumably because of their odd stream compression method, etc

Well I tried purchasing some tokens and got the same thing as you. Nothing came out of my account as I get notification from app on whenever there's a charge.
