Yeah I know theres a waiver list so its not first come first serve but im looking at those teams and I don't know who'd try and get him. out of that list I'd like to see him be a 49er. Davis Crabtree Moss and Gore could be something as long as troy smith or whoever else can get them the ball.
Actually, he hasn't officially been put on waivers yet. Seems like there's disagreement on this between management, players, and the head coach. Remember, Farve seemingly doesn't like the coach either. Wouldn't surprise me to see Moss stay and the coach get fired.
That would be incredible. Keeping Moss and getting rid of Childress would be an absolute dream come true.
I really hope childress stays viking coach for years to come. so shall it be written so shall it be done.

they need a better secondary and linebacking core. they give up way too many big plays putting a lot of pressure on their offense to keep up. Their front 4 is definitely scary and if stafford can stay healthy they have a running back and wide receiver that can make plays and a tightend or two that can move the chains.

As for all this Moss stuff... oh boy. As a Carolina fan, I wish we had a second recieving threat but have a feeling Steve Smith wouldn't do well to have a Randy Moss in the locker room so I understand why the Panthers aren't even part of the speculation.

Ohhhh yeah that's right. It's Britt that's looking like he's going to be out for the season and not Young. So fortunately for you Moss fantasy owners it probably won't be Collins throwing to him.
No matter what happens today, the Vikings will have a new head coach after today. Book it. Done.

All depends on the owner and how cheap he is. He either fires childress and goes and finds another coach but is still stuck paying childress because of the extension he signed after last year or he sticks with childress so he doesnt have to pay 2 guys.
How close are the vikings to doing anything and being a team to beat next year? If Chilly gets fired you'd be having a new coach and a new QB. sounds like some years of rebuilding to me.

Well first the league and the players association have to actually hammer out a new CBA for there even to be football next year. But if there is, they have a perfectly adequate head coaching replacement in Leslie Frazier who is the current defensive coordinator. Rebuilding or not, Childress needs to go ASAP.SweepTheLeg said:

Personally I am laughing over a lot of the decisions the vikings have made. Whether it be Sidney Rice choosing not to get surgery done until right before the season basically deciding he's going to miss half the season at least. Then they ignore the fact that favre is a year older, that his ankle was never 100% and that his offensive line is letting him get hit far too often and they still don't try and get another QB and you still beg him to come back and then blame him when things dont go the vikings way. Now chilly blames moss for not being a savior. Now people want Chilly gone. Its begging the question of whats next? who's next?
