Hi, @punker barbie support answer me and told the reason was to re validate our age verification, we did it but our account still bann, it’s showing that we are already verifying. We submitted our passport please can you help us, we really need to work out ticket it’s 19255246

Can’t control my patient, because support takes more than one week and I have until march 18 to resolve it or they will take actions against my account, it’s just so frustrating because CB bann my account because they need a second I’d submitted after 5 years! They don’t announce anything just bann, later wait a eternity for the answer, and yes we submitted our passport and it’s already verifying but our account still ban, it’s hilarious. Because they will answer my response possibly on march 20.too late, I don’t write support a lot just waiting and I don’t want to delay more. Think @punker barbie possible helps but I now it’s hard to read all the problems

Hi @punker barbie , we tried again but still the same we are verifying on the account, but we need verification to broadcast again Meanwhile our account still bann and support don’t answer we have 2 tickets -19255246 and -19281841 one for the bann, and one for the verification issue.
