suggestions on profile builders and website builders

does anyone know any awesome profile builders and website builders?
I have seen that you can have someone make one for you but dont understand how you will be able to edit it easily on your own.

I'll get you the invite code on Twitter right now! It's super easy IMO, though the builder is still in beta test stage, so feedback on ease is helping the developers improve it every day!

It's a CMS platform for adult membership sites. So you can use their platform and features to built your own solo site, to sell membership access to videos/photos and well as host your own members only cam and operate a store. You can look at my site jolenebrody.com for an example
