It would be nice to have threads for everyone that can't get into model's only to get information on how to cam on Streamate more effectively.
So here we are!

Have you tried Liz yet? Everyone here swears by her. I think Catalina is UK? Liz might be able to help you faster because I think she is in the US. liz@streamate.com. I've never had to email her, but everyone else always has better luck dealing with her (for US model support stuff) over just the regular support staff tickets through the SM site.
I am trying to cover as many countries as possible from Europe. For UK we have cristina@streamate.com, for Australia pe have daniela@streamate.com, North America: kelly@streamate.com or liz@streamate.com, Brazil: walter@streamate.com, Italy: carmen@streamate.com, Russian speaking countries: russia@streamate.com, French speaking countries: aura@streamate.com

These are the reps we're having for the different languages. :)

Not only did they mess up the model name that I wanted by putting a bunch of 'X's in it (A lot of back and forth for them to finally correct this)...now they've added an 'x' at the end of my Yahoo! log-in e-mail address (So it's _____@yahoo.comx). Wtf? So that's how I have to log in until they correct it. Lol. Alrighty then.....

Update: And it's still not letting me log in.

This SMConnect...is it less taxing on your computer than using the encoder? Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to use the OBS encoder anymore on any of these sites. My laptop just can't handle it, I guess. Too many issues with it on MyFreeCams (my favorite site), and members in my room are getting frustrated....as am I.

For now I'm gonna have to stick to sites where I don't have to mess with any encoder, and cam just go straight to broadcasting (such as ManyVids Live, etc.).

I set my Lush level to start reactions at 2 gold. But it still reacts at 1 gold. This isn't a big deal, but why give us the option to set a minimum if it doesn't work? 🤔

Does anyone else find when they block people from their room and also messages that it doesn't block in the "messenger mode" part of it?

I keep getting messages from people I've already blocked from everything on there.

Hi, if you go to messenger, click on one of the users and click on the 3 dots, you will see the option to block the messages. This is a separate tool added in Messenger, which allows models to block users from sending them DMs.

Ok so I've been downloading my recorded privates with the intention of uploading little clips to my OF (that I've basically abandoned haha, oops) or pornhub as promo. I finally went to sort through them today and none of them will play on my computer, I just get an error message. Has anyone else had this problem, and what did you do to fix it? I'm on windows btw.

Ok so I've been downloading my recorded privates with the intention of uploading little clips to my OF (that I've basically abandoned haha, oops) or pornhub as promo. I finally went to sort through them today and none of them will play on my computer, I just get an error message. Has anyone else had this problem, and what did you do to fix it? I'm on windows btw.
Try converting the file to a mov or mp4. Everytime I downloaded my past shows I ran into the same problem. Hopefully it works converting it to another file format.

Yes, it shows me WEBMD format or something similar, and won't play. So I use a file converter to convert them to MP4. I paid $50 or so for a lifetime license key to Wondershare Uniconvert for that, as I also make a lot of other clips. However, I would think there is probably free software that can do this too.

I do know the free version of Wondershare Uniconvertor lets you convert a few minutes in "free" or "trial" mode, but if you want to convert the whole thing, you have to have a license/ key/ registration code.

I use VLC to convert. I think it's open source and free to download.

When you download the videos from SMConnect, they are downloaded in Web format, this is the reason you cannot play them in your computer or upload them in your gallery on Streamate. You have to convert them into one of the accepted formats. Here you can find a few suggestions for video convertors: https://streamatehelp.com/recording-video-clips/#convert

What on earth is going on with the Lush settings?

When I opened up my settings, they looked like this:

then, after correcting them, they look like THIS which makes no sense. and the button to save the settings is no longer clickable.

@Catalina SM is there a glitch or can I just reset back to default settings?

Hi, have you tried to clear cache and cookies from your browser? This can also be a result of bad cache and cookies stored. Try to manually reset the menu and each value from it should be different. If it does not work, PM me here your info and I will open a ticket to have this investigated.

I'm unable to login to cam at all. I haven't received any ban or suspension notice. I use chrome typically. I was able to login in for maybe a minute before I got kicked out of the dashboard for like a minute when using Edge. I did a password reset and contacted asking what the deal was...even mentioned them on twitter.

Is anyone else getting this? Did anyone find a way to get in?

The site keeps saying the pass and email I'm using is incorrect even after reset.

I tried Firefox as well, clearing cache/cookies (ran everything I could in ccleaner. I actually run everything in ccleaner before every shift and restart right after running it. I restarted this morning like usual too...I knew cleaning up the internetz and turning it off and on again would likely be suggestions so I felt I'd go ahead and state that's been done on my end.

Today I am completely unable to access my account. Just hours ago I was able to make schedule updates. Now my account email address and password are not working. I never changed my email or password. Please help if possible, my account is Trixxilove69

I don't have the new activity feed available yet, but I am opted in for new features. Is this just slow rolling out to some models or should I contact support?
