Yes. Ever since the update I can even get it to run on my computer anymore. I’ll try again later today, and update this thread, if I manage to figure anything out. But it completely stopped working for me. I have not contacted their support about it, because I don’t have the time. So many of these companies have such gas lighting “support”, that I’m never very hopeful of that being worth the effort and time anyways.
The number of times it’s taken me forever to communicate problems to some “support” team just to be told; “ we’ll forward it to our tech department, they’ll be in touch“, and then I never hear anything ever again, or get any kind of resolution, is unreal. I have zero faith in these people at this point. It often ends up being just lip service and more wasted time.
