"Check OBS stream" button wont work

I cant find a solution. When i run stream master to stream on Chaturbate it seems that "Check OBS stream" button wont open Lovense OBS. Nothing happens. Nothing happens even when i try to open it manually from dir folder (.exe file). I cant find a way to install it somewhere else than my C drive. I asked Lovense support, but no real solution

1. Anyone have the solution?
2. Anyone knows how to install it on some other drive than C ?
